I had a truly excellent experience with Valiant Medical Transportation when they transported my sick father from one hospital to another. This was not a simple transfer as my father was unconscious, had a tracheostomy, and required oxygen support and a gurney throughout the trip. Despite the complexity of his condition, the team handled everything with remarkable professionalism, care, and skill. From start to finish, the crew was compassionate, calm, and incredibly attentive to his needs. They communicated clearly with us, took the time to ensure he was transported safely and comfortably, and showed genuine concern for his well-being. Their efficiency helped ease a very stressful situation for our family. What also stood out was how kind and respectful they were, not just to my father, but to us as well. They treated him with dignity, and their confidence and preparation gave us peace of mind. On top of all that, the charge was very reasonable given the level of care and the complexity of the transport. I wholeheartedly recommend Valiant Medical Transportation to anyone needing reliable and compassionate medical transport. Extraordinary medical transport service.
This is my second review as I am now in need of their services every Friday for transfer to my medical appointments.
John has been so helpful in arranging a schedule with me. Polite, caring and available when you need him.
My " transfer angels ", Antonio and Ronald always make me feel protected and cared for as we make our way to my appointments. Honestly, nothing has been an issue and that brings such a peace of mind.

I received excellent service today for a ride from home to a medical appointment and back. The driver, Gavin, was especially helpful at both ends, helping me down the stairs in my house, staying with me through different steps of the appointment, and helping me get back upstairs on my return. I plan to use Valiant for all future medical transportation.

From the ride coordination to getting me home safely, the entire Valiant crew was excellent. I had a complicated situation that required emergency surgery. From when I called to when they brought me home from the hospital, I was met with warmth, understanding and solutions to get me home safely. They were able to get me from the hospital bed into my place with ease and peace of mind. Their driver and attendants were very courteous and helpful. They navigated changes to my schedule without added stress. Their vehicle and equipment were spotless. I’d highly recommend them. Awesome crew, great service!

I am a medical escort doctor and do international patient transfers .
On 22nd Aug 2024, I booked Valiant ambulance to transfer one of my patient from San Jose to SFO international airport and I am very happy with services of Valiant Med Transport. There were four medical assistants in the vehicle , they were very well trained and well groomed , humble and compassionate . They handled my patient very carefully with human touch . They were at the address well before time and very good in communication . We were able to transfer our patient safely from the San Jose residence to SFO airport and further from departure to aircraft stretcher very smoothly .
The services are costlier then other ambulance provider and we were paying upfront unlike insurance cases where the payment reaches after few months or weeks but the same was not considered .
But at the end as I mentioned the services were satisfactory .
Another thing is that the official response should be from company’s email id instead of gmail id which gave me suspicion as I have to transfer a big fund to pre book the services from India.
I congratulate team valiant for a satisfactory service and very good staff.
I will certainly use their services for my future patients . All the very best to team Valiant . Good job
