Big Bus Tour – Great Way to Explore San Francisco

The Big Bus Tour from Fisherman’s Wharf was a fantastic way to see San Francisco! It covered all the major sights, making it easy to explore the city without worrying about parking or transportation. The open-top deck gave us amazing views of landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and Lombard Street.

The tour was well-organized, and the commentary provided interesting facts about the city’s history. It was a convenient and stress-free way to see everything San Francisco has to offer.

Highly recommend for first-time visitors or anyone wanting a relaxed, scenic tour of SF!

We had the pleasure of taking a Chinatown tour with Blake, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the start, Blake's knowledge of the area's history, culture, and traditions was outstanding. He took us to hidden gems and shared fascinating details we never would have discovered on our own.

What stood out the most was how Blake combined fun anecdotes with rich historical information. He was incredibly attentive to our questions and made us feel very welcome in the neighborhood. He even recommended the best spots to try authentic food, which made our visit even more memorable.

If you're looking for a comprehensive and insightful Chinatown tour, look no further than Blake. It was truly an experience we’ll never forget!

I had an amazing experience with Big Bus Tours in San Francisco! The hop-on, hop-off tour was a great way to explore the city, with convenient stops at key landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge and Lombard street. The audio guide was informative and engaging, offering interesting facts about the city’s history. I loved that they offer both open and closed seating arrangements, so you can choose based on the weather. The buses were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Big Bus Tours for an enjoyable and flexible way to see San Francisco!

I love taking big bus tours in all the big cities in America. I can get to see the places first, then decide where to get off and get back on. Reasonable price. Fun way to explore!

Our harbor cruise was excellent and it was amazing how many great views we got in just an hour. Booking at the hut at Pier 39 was convenient, and Carlos was exceptionally helpful. If you don’t book early enough to secure a spot that includes a tour on Alcatraz then you’ll still get a lot out of enjoyment from the harbor cruise.

Hop-on, hop-off buses are often a hit & miss. This time it was a hit.

First, every single buses we took were clean and modern (free wifi included). Second, the frequency of the route was decent (every 15mins) and most of the stops were relevant. Finally, everyone from the staff was super nice and friendly and one of our driver “JFK” was fantastic. He was funny and made our visit enjoyable.

Fist day off airplane then straight to San Francisco and on to a Hop-On Hop-Off Bus we went to the top of the bus and noticed not many people was up there and we found out why ... as you can see we were not prepared to go over the Golden Gate Bridge NOT AT ALL we almost froze to death!!! Do not, I mean DO NOT go without a jacket way to cold. But, we had a good laugh and as we go to the other side the scene was gorgeous. On our way back we went to the warmer bottom of the bus!

Throughout our weekend stay we used to Bus so many times and even did the sunset tour on our last night, it is a must see tour! They do a stop at night and let you leave the bus for 10 min to get the most beautiful view of the city!!!
