I recently had the opportunity to tour Centro Callan with Faze,and I was genuinely impressed by both the layout and the amenities offered. From the moment I stepped inside, the thoughtful design and attention to detail were evident. Also from the moment the tour began, Faze was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made sure to highlight every detail of the apartment layout, pointing out thoughtful features I might have otherwise missed. His enthusiasm and genuine passion for the property made the entire experience feel personal and engaging. I'll definitely be renting their soon.

Moving from Sacramento and only had a day to tour as many places as possible. Jacarre was phenomenal! Gave me a tour, answered ALL of my questions and was personable! This place is gorgeous! Brand new apartment complex with modern layouts and KEYLESS doors! I love how each layout is different and can cater to each renters’ needs and preferences. I believe a sprouts and Philz will be present which is super exciting!

The tour was so fun and there are really great amenities that will be there! For example, In-unit (full size ) washer / dryer which is one of the amenities that is very appealing to me, large bathrooms and lots of windows for natural light ! I look forward to calling this my home!

Jacarre is amazing and is very communicative and knowledgeable! She has answered all of my questions and responds very quickly. She is on top of it always, even with all the construction going on!! I am so excited she will be here !!!

The apartments are within walking distance to BART which is perfect for me! The downtown area is very cute and I’m excited to explore the restaurants and neighborhood!

If you are thinking or wanting to move ABSOLUTELY check this spot out , I believe it will be worth it!!

I'm excited to see this place. I spoke with Jacarre and she was so informative and professional. I was able to do a virtual tour, and she was able to show me the different apartments. The design and the layout are exceptional. I love that it's a full size washer and dryer in all units. The property residence is beautiful and well thought out.

Jacarre was phenomenal showing us the property. They were well organized and kept in contact before our viewing. The property itself is beautiful with many layouts to choose from. The shared spaces are a huge plus especially if you like to entertain.
