Mixed feelings: long lines, failed appointment - but very helpful staff and very polite guard. I want to personally thank the young black lady - security member, she was the kindest security person ever! Also, Sr. Banker Carmen Lepe is knowledgeable, helpful and saved us from big disappointment - we made an apt for 11 am but everyone was busy and no one had any particular interest to help us. Carmen helped us to close the account and open a new one, she offered all the products and was very nice. Thank you, dear Carmen!

I went in to the San Leandro branch. The lines for business and general public not labeled well at all. The guy for business accounts got up and walked away. Didn’t say anything to us in line about going on break or lunch or something. I stood in line for almost an hour to see any teller. She didn’t give me a receipt for my transaction. Now I have to go back and waist more time/ Money for sub par customer service. Is this the quality service I am to expect from B OF A?

Wow so ridiculous, how can bank of america close the bank near bayfair and only have this on nearby. No money for any of these three atms on a Sunday. Not acceptable, Bank of América has to fix this.

Very poor management. You see employees, just none that are actually working? Expect long wait time; 1 teller and a bunch of well dressed employees walking around smiling.

This branch has the worse customer service on the retail side. Always with long lines and one teller lacks good customer service alwats with sucg a bad attitude towards customers.

All cashiers working too slow it's bank it should be fast and organise, no recommend this location because I that location waist your pretty more time, first time I saw really long line, it is not bank it is like night Club lol
