The young manager was rude they don’t help you unless you have to ask they love to stay on their phones and not help customers the young manager that talk to me the way he did needs to fired. Never have your size no matter what size you looking for. If I could I would give this store a 0 I will not ever be back in this store in Alexander city Al. I would rather pay double of the money for shoes then to shop there. They just lost my business!!!

My granddaughter was disappointed upon purchasing her track shoes to find that the spikes were not included and had to pay an extra 13.00 for them.

I've been trying for 3 days to get them on the phone to ask if they have an item in stocks before I make the drive. All it does is go to a recording saying the number is not in order. There is no other number listed! This is beyond frustrating because alot several times in the past I have went in after something simple and they don't have it. That's but the truth. Yall need to do better.

Horrible customer service. They don’t price match. Drove two hours to get some shoes I ordered online . While in store I see shoes on the app for pick up in store, but Kiera and the manager on duty would not price match and they told me that I can do the order and wait an hour to pick them up. I will never shop here again .

They salesperson ordered the shoes for my granddaughter 3 weeks before Christmas said they would call us when the shoes came in because they were out in the store ,4 days till Christmas they still haven't called and then we couldn't get out money back till after Christmas needless to say we had one upset child because of Hibbits Sports. We will never shop there again never so thanks for ruining our Christmas all you had to do was let us know you couldn't get them instead of waiting till it
was too late

Employees are stealing shoes from customers who order them and have them shipped to their
Home ! I been waiting on my shoes for 10 days and now they tell me they can’t find it in the system!!!!!
