This hotel used to be good. They were nice and friendly when I was last there in June (as you can see from my receipt). I was there with my dog, no problem.

Apparently, this hotel must have been sold or maybe they are now used to house illegal immigrants or something. The person on the front desk was rude and didn't care that I had been a regular. It's like talking to a brick wall.

When I asked for the ground floor, he told me no dogs were allowed. I was just there last month without any problems. This is just ridiculous. When I asked for my refund. He told me and I quote, "I don't need your money!"

Maybe Biden's invaders from the border are staying there and they are being paid for that purpose. I won't go there ever again.

We have stayed here twice. Great jump off point to the hill country. Everything is a one block walk. We love this little town.

The guy behind the counter is very rude. Said there were no availability yet you can make a reservation on a 3rd party website and get booked. Before I booked I asked to speak to manager he said there's no rooms so you no need to talk to him.

They say pet friendly but they are not

Worst smell I have ever smelled in the rooms and the people are just incomprehensible they knock in the doors before check out and all don’t go doesn’t even deserve 1 star

We have stayed here multiple times and always had a good stay except it was never very clean and the employees were always very rude. We tried booking here for a saturday night and i had called monday to book it and they told me they were completely booked up. Then we had family who stayed there the same saturday night and were able to walk in and get a room that same day so how were they booked up if they were just letting people walk in and get a room. So would like to say that we will never be staying here again that kind of customer service is just not acceptable.

It's a nice and affordable place to stay and also surprisingly quiet being right at the intersection in town. They even were remodeling the rooms on the opposite side and we didn't hear much. I enjoyed being able to go nextdoor to EZ-Mart anytime I wanted or needed to, and there are plenty restaurant and fast food to choose from. So it's location is a plus. The rooms are more spacious here than some motels. Even the rooms with 2 beds still had plenty of walk way.
