After years of visiting the area I finally had the opportunity to enjoy dinner at Good Thyme. The service was excellent, especially from Nick who made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect evening.
This restaurant is definitely a must visit when in the area. They offer an upscale dining experience in a comfortable and cozy setting.

What an absolute treasure. The food here is on par with any five star restaurant in a big city. They are able to fuse fine dining with hometown hospitality like nowhere else I have been. The staff and management go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and taken care of throughout your entire meal. If you are visiting the area, this is an definite must stop.

They fit us in last minute on a busy night and the service and food were absolutely wonderful. Lots of delicious herbs in the food (the char crusted steak was choice!) and a killer old fashioned. Told them we had just gotten engaged and they comped our drinks. Truly exceptional place we'll be back!

My husband and I finally stopped in for dinner on our recent babymoon, after several years of driving by this place during trips to the Bayfield area. We had a lovely experience - both the food (cheese curds, halibut, and ribeye) and the service were great. I especially appreciated the mocktails this trip, but will be looking forward to a glass of wine on our next trip (after baby). The owner, Ben, was super warm and friendly and really made us feel welcome, checking in with us to make sure everything was enjoyable and seeing us off at the end of our meal. What a gem of a date night spot in northern Wisconsin! Already looking forward to our next visit here.

What a hidden gem. A charming atmosphere only outdone by the food and service. Perfectly executed craft cocktails (Aviation and French 75). We ordered the halibut, steak and ahi crisps. Still thinking about them today. Ben was an exceptional host. Made my wife’s 40th birthday extra special.

Traveled from Minnesota for a weekend getaway and had dinner at this place. Ribeye was exceptional - the best steak I had in months. Great value ($39). The all you can eat fish fry was also a great value, but the taste was standard and was as expected. The complementary salad was extremely good - such a nice surprise. Highly recommend this place! Amazing food and service. Really enjoyed my night.

This 5 star gem of a restaurant is absolutely amazing all around for our 20 year anniversary celebration. The beautiful warm home feeling decor, love the beautiful decorated house and porch. Great friendly smiley staff , All of the food from the AMAZING duck wontons , to the heavenly peanut butter cup pie, delicious salad, and mouth watering flavored ribeye were all flavored amazing and cooked to perfection with great presentation. 👍 Highly recommend Good Thyme!!!! We will definitely be back again when back in the area.

After many recommendations from friends in the area my boyfriend and I decided to finally check this place out! The meal and the atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Everything was phenomenal from start to finish! It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday, definitely will be back!
