We used Weddings by Funjet for our 2019 Summer Wedding in Cancun with 40 guests! Carisha Bell was such an asset to our wedding, we worked with her for 15 months, starting with choosing a venue all the way to the last minute details days before we flew out of the country.
I highly recommend saving money and spending a weekend with your closest friends and family for your wedding vs. the 6 hours super expensive blink of an eye wedding.
We appreciate everyone at Funjet Weddings that helped us make our dream come true, as well as everyone at Royalton Riviera Cancun, such a beautiful resort!

Katie from Weddings by Funjet made planning my destination wedding significantly easier than what my mother and I would have had to do on our own. They streamlined the process so that all we had to do were decide on details from a list that she provided. They put us in contact with the people from our desired destination wedding venue and we were able to work both with them and the wedding coordinator in Playa del Carmen to get our family and friends there without problem. We had people that stayed for varied amounts of time and they were able to accommodate everyone's needs. It was nice to have all of the information housed in one place on the complimentary website and they were always available to help when we had questions during the process! They made the planning of my destination wedding a breeze and ensured that I did not have to stress out about the details. Katie was on top of it all!

I am not an over the top bride or much of a planner and between my husband and I, we wanted a wedding that was small and simple but beautiful and memorable, and that's exactly what we got! Early on I quickly felt overwhelmed and even frustrated that there was so much information coming my way and so many decisions that had to be made. Of course this had nothing to do with funjet and everything to do with me, they were doing their job, I just wanted a magic fairy to do mine (make all the decisions)!! My wedding concierge gave me all the information I needed, gave me the time I needed to review things, and responded to all of my questions and concerns in a timely manor. She calmly and happily walked me through each step, without ever making me feel like I was a "crazy" bride, no matter how big or small my questions or concerns were! She encouraged me every step of the way. In the end we LOVED the location and resort that we choose and our wedding could not have been more perfect! It was exactly what WE wanted and it was all thanks to the help from Wedding by Funjet! Not only were we happy but all of our guests were as well!

Weddings by Funjet is an amazing company and made sure that our wedding day was picture perfect from start to finish. Ashley Grossmann and Nina Macao worked with me the entire year to help me select a resort, find affordable packages for my guests and ensure that my husband and I got rewarded as well. They were always there when I needed them and worked with me when any unforeseen circumstances came up. Our wedding day would not have been the same without them at our side. Even the day of they made themselves available by cell phone and ensure that even though I was miles and miles away everything was taken care of. I am forever thankful to Weddings by Funjet for ensuring that our wedding day was truly the best day of both of our lives.

I would highly recommend using Weddings by Funjet! I worked with Ashley Grossman and team and I can’t say enough about them! Ashley is so knowledgeable and helped ease my worries every step of the way! We had a group of 65 people traveling to Mexico and our Wedding was better than I can ever have dreamed of! Having Ashley on site allowed me to relax quite a bit and spend more time with family and friends! The entire staff was courteous, attentive, and kind to all of our guests.

My daughter was recently married at Finest Playa Mujeres in Mexico! Working with Ashley and Chelsey at Weddings by Funjet was a great experience! They are very knowledgable and efficient! They helped my daughters dream wedding come true; coordinating all of the details, vendors and guests in a stress free process. I would highly recommend the "Come Away With Me" package. Having Ashley on-site, during the three day event, allowed us to focus on the bride's, the grooms and guests experiences!

Our wedding turned out to be amazing, DESPITE using their services. While our contact was fun and very personable, she was unresponsive, lacked attention to detail and didn't really provide much help in general. We ended up negotiating the terms of the contract directly with the hotel and did all of our on the ground coordinating with the hotel staff. The person who was responsible for helping guests with booking was also unresponsive and we constantly had to follow up with her, on behalf of our guests. I'm not sure if it was just our bad experience, but I wouldn't recommend using their services. We couldn't ask for a better hotel (El Mangroove, Costa Rica) and they alone, made it a memorable experience.

Just to put things in perspective, we tried to schedule a call after the wedding to give feedback and they never responded.
