Terrible experience in Squirrel's Leap. My car received hood damage (dents) from huge acorns falling from trees in parking area. Rodents trapped in the walls, making terrible noises. Broken recliner, basic starter supplies not provided and then when I asked for them we never got them. Management didn't care about my car damage. Will NEVER stay with these people again!

The lighting was terrible, very dark in the cabin. When we arrived at the cabin there was dog poop all over the porch from the previous people that was left and never cleaned up. The heat didn't work properly so we stayed cold. There was no extra blankets for the people sleeping on the couches that pull out to beds. So, we had to take our blanket off of our bed to give to our kids to cover up with at night. Our kids couldn't take a bath bc the bathtub stopper wouldn't close causing the water to constantly drain.There's no views just cabins on top of one another. There's only enough room for one vehicle to park and hardly room for the one. We shared a driveway with the cabin next door and once the other ppl arrived at the other cabin we barely had room to get in and out of the driveway if their car was there. We also left a picture we had taken and purchased from one of the shows we went to. They wanted to charge $39.99 to ship it back to us. Definitely would not recommend staying here and not happy with our stay there.

The kitchen pipe was frozen, the thermostat was set at 68 with no way of turning it up because the button was even though it was freezing outside. House was dirty especially the kitchen. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the rooms. When we call about the maintenance person he said stop opening the door because the outside air is making the cabin cold and he told us that he put a electric heater underneath the sink Tuesday before we got here and should unfrozen soon. I wish I could put the videos on here to show how horrible this place was

Our cabin was awesome ,this was an upgrade from what we originally were supposed to stay in. We arrived late Friday night. The property manager just happened to be there and she let is follow her to our cabin. We loved it. The hot water could he hotter for sure and please get some real tp. But we were happy. Beds were a little hard but not the worst

Do not rent from these people. Rented on airbnb but eagles ridge property managemeny still wanted me to give card information over the phone (not happening) was told my only option was to check in at the place of business which wouldnt have been a problem but im driving from 13 hours away and wont arrive during theyre business hours for check in... had to spend an hour on the phone with airbnb and eagles ridge property because the listing says no refund period. Ended up threatening to call my bank for a charge back because no where in the listing did it say we had to give card information over the phone. Airbnb was eventually able to refund my money. After this garbage ill make sure to avoid any and all properties managed by eagles ridge...

I have found the Eagle Property Management team to be attentive, pleasant, and easy to work with. Having never been anywhere in TN, I appreciated their answers to all my questions. We absolutely loved our cabin. Coming from a very high density MD suburb, this was truly the log cabin I was expecting. The cabin had everything we needed and even enabled us to cook out on the grill with all the basic materials. The cabin was quiet and overlooked a small "lake". If we visit this area of the country again, my first call will be to Eagles Ridge PM.

Well things started in 2021 when we booked a cabin in Gatlinburg we liked. When we arrived things didn’t work out. The heater wasn’t working so they never let us enter the cabin. So they switched us to another cabin in Seveirville but for only one night. Then had to move to another cabin the next day for 5 days in Pigeon Forge which had no privacy and longer drive to Gatlinburg where we were supposed to be. Then move the last night to another cabin before we left. They gave a coupon for a discount to compensate for the inconvenience but it was limited in time of use and dates which we weren’t able to utilize for this year.
We found a cabin we liked so we thought. But was sold on a bunch of lies. Wasn't comfortable , no views. I’ll sum it up this way. Don’t believe the pictures in the ads. Eve definitely older pictures. And don’t bother asking questions. Seem to tell you what you want to hear. Fireplace isn’t a fireplace just a simulator. Bed was super uncomfortable. Toilets where the smallest they make. And for someone with bad knees it was a task to use. Bottom line for this company is all about the money and to get all they can with sales of lies. Not recommended by us!

Worst experience with renting a cabin ever. We booked a cabin and someone else booked the same date on top of us in the same cabin. We were told the other party had booked well in front of us. Not true. If so, how did the cabin not show booked (with eagle ridge) when we booked it.I figured the other party booked when the weekend holiday price was higher. Eagle didn't want to lose that money. Then we had to stay in a one bedroom cabin which smelled bad and wasn't cleaned. 4 people in my party. Then we were given a cabin in Gatlinburg supposedly to (satisfy us)with 3 bedroom upgrade. Lots of things in this cabin didn't work. Outlets near oven,faucet blew off in bath down stairs,floor was bucked up.And on top of that it was in Gatlinburg. We booked Pigeon Forge. I am upset,3 people in my party are disabled. That is why I booked a cabin with minimal steps. Thanks Eagle Ridge for a nightmare of a vacation. It truly sucked. And its Eagle Ridges fault. I had this cabin booked for September since May 2021
