Spent 2 nights at the Loon cottage. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, it was clean and comfortable. Everything you need is provided. Grounds are well maintained.
Location is accessible to both Alex Bay and Clayton, which you should visit. Spent time in Canada, short trip at Brockville.
Did and saw a lot in a short stay. Looking forward to returning in the summer.

My husband and I recently spent a wonderful week in the Heron Cottage, along with our little dog. Beautifully equipped and very comfortable, lovely view of the Seaway, expansive grounds for dog walking, quiet, private outdoor deck. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit which was kept supplied with exceptionally dry firewood. The owners and staff were gracious, friendly and helpful. |Thank you for this enjoyable stay, and we certainly hope to return! Suggestion: If we had to make one small recommendation, it would be to add a safety grab rail in the shower stall.

Our stay in the Harbor House was perfect. Beautiful views, exceptionally clean, house was well stocked with many amenities. Easy to book reservations, and there was good communication before and during our stay with the Host. Comfortably accommodates 6 adults.

Our family of 14, ranging in age from 18 months to 89, stayed in both cottages on the water.|Everything was perfect! The grounds were beautiful with plenty of outdoor areas to play and relax. Management was pleasant and attentive. The cottages had everything we needed and were very clean.|The views were stunning. |We will be back!!

My wife and I stayed at the Heron Cottage. What a fantastic experience! There is nothing negative to say about our stay and the cabin itself. The cabin is modern, clean, and complete with the amenities you usually have to pack and bring when staying at a cottage. A full kitchen, a huge bathroom/shower, and a deck complete with a picnic table cap off the cottage experience. The view is simply spectacular: the St. Lawrence River and Boldt's Castle. I must mention that the entire staff at the resort works daily to ensure the grounds are maintained, including each cabin's supply of firewood and propane for the grill. I encourage any couple or family coming to Alexandria Bay for its beauty and peacefulness to stay at Ledges Resort, you will be pleased.

Our family of 3 stayed at the Heron Cottage. It was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen for breakfast and some lunches. We even grilled for dinner one night. There was NOTHING missing from the kitchen-we had everything we needed and more. My only criticism would be that they couldn’t seem to get the bathroom latch repaired properly. It broke during our stay and they quickly came to repair but it still didn’t work. We decided to just deal with it. I let the staff know when we checked out. We also had some trouble figuring out the tv. It didn’t seem to have the standard channels-Some nights we couldn’t sit outside because the weather wasn’t the best so we tried to find something to watch.|Overall, we loved it here and when in the area again, will try to stay at the Ledges.|The view is breathtaking!!

Can not recommend this place enough. From|booking to checkout the service was great. The grounds and cottage (we stayed in The Heron) are beautiful. Next time we come (and there will be a next time for sure) we will stay longer so we can enjoy more of the amenities.
