There is no reason to waste your money with a travel agent. Especially Tom. They use Frontier which is a horrible airline. If your trip has any issues Tom will not help. Travel insurance is a waste of money.

Our Flight was out of Chicago and got cancelled for a day and then delayed the next, which was beyond their control. The issue is that Tom did not help at all!!! He said he would reach out to the airlines to figure out our hotel and food situation. We waited 5 hours and eventually found our own hotel. The next day we asked about arriving late to the resort. No response from Tom. We got to the resort and they cancelled our reservation for not showing up the day before. No help from Tom. We spent all day waiting for rooms to open up since they gave ours away. We got home after missing 2 days of our vacation and then Tom finally responds with a link to the travel insurance site. We purchased travel insurance and received $1,200 for 6 people missing 2 days of our trip, having to pay for 2 days of hotels and food which should have been part of the trip. The travel insurance cost $650. We were legitimately out of pocket $3,200

Working with Sunsational Beach Vacations for our destination wedding turned out to be a great decision. My wife is from Peru and I am from Minneapolis so we had unique challenges getting all of our people to Mexico. Tom Brussow with Sunsational was extremely responsive and was able to tackle any issue we brought his way. The resort was beautiful, the wedding was great, and we had just about every single of our 110 guests say that they had the time of their lives!
