Shari was so helpful in answering all of our questions in a timely manner and is very knowledgeable regarding farm/ranch policies. I am so glad that my family referred me to the Fleming agency! I was using a big name company for my auto, home and motorcycle insurance for over a decade out of habit. Our home mortgage company recently dropped the ball and didn't send in our insurance payment. Awbria was on it well ahead of time- coaching me through conversations with Wells Fargo and contacting Safeco multiple times to check on payment. Without her I imagine our homeowners insurance would have been canceled. I so appreciate her and all her time + help!!!
