This place was Excellent! Lots of attention was paid to details in the decor and in getting ready for guests. Comfortable beds and the couches make into hide A beds. Two kitchens, a laundry room, fire pit and grill. Patio. Canadian geese by the pond. What more could you ask for? Thanks very much.

The house was set up great with everything you need, tons of space, and very clean. We set up badminton and grilled when we got there. Visited Eureka Springs(1 hr drive) and went zip lining day 2. Went floating on the Buffalo River on day 3. It was a great place to stay and would definitely recommend it.

My friends and I stayed here a few months ago and it was really amazing. Nice big house with three bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Single use stuff in the bathrooms. Lots of board games. Even left us some s'mores to make! Has an Alexa set up in the living room so you have easy access to music. Fireplace and a fire-pit outside. Plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen to make food with a Wal-Mart pretty close by. There is a guest book to sign that seems to be full of some very happy reviews. There is a checklist for before you leave. We had a really wonderful time and this house deserves a lot of the credit. Beautiful decorations. Well worth it.

Very spacious and lots of little extras, like toothbrushes, shaving cream, etc just in case you forgot to pack some. Centrally located to some very nice hiking trails and caves.
