Toni at front desk very pleasant and helpful. Clean room, only complaint is we stayed 3 nights and someone came in while we were gone on day two to clean. I rather no one enter my room when I am not here. Breakfast has good selection. Motorcycle friendly. I would stay here again. Not noisy, good location.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in late September 2024 and couldn’t be happier with the experience. This was a first time visit to this hotel. It is easily accessed right on State Road 43. Parking was plentiful. Pixie greeted us as we checked in and our room was clean, modern and odor free. Our room (324) had the most lighting choices we’ve ever seen in a hotel. The bathroom was clean and bright and all soap, shampoo, etc bottles were filled. There were plenty of towels. Only issue was that the fridge didn’t seem very cold. I informed the front desk about it
The free breakfast offered many choices and the hot items (biscuit, gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, etc) were kept well stocked. A first for us was the make your own pancake machine! Press a button and soon enough 2 pancakes are dropped on your plate.
I used the treadmill many times in the clean exercise room. The pool was clean but we didn’t use it.
I was so impressed that I’m reserved here for 4 more nights in mid October.
You won’t go wrong staying here.

One of the best hotel experiences in the past 2 years. Very clean, nice black out window covering, long breakfast hours and very nice pool. Best part about the pool is it wasn’t over chlorinated or hot and humid in the pool room. Breakfast had a nice selection of hot foods and some grab and go food (fruit, oatmeal, muffins, bagels). All staff we interacted with were very friendly and seemed to be happy to be here working.

We stayed at this hotel in 2018 when we went to a second cousin's high school graduation ceremony and again during a recent visit to my aunt's house this year. Our stay in 2018 was for two nights and only one night this year. The pool is convenient and has a great breakfast.

Positive: All the workers were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The sheets were wonderful! Negative: Housekeeping did not clean our room one day, even though we told them when our room would be available. We were booked for 5 nights.

Negative: There?s no hot tub like the description said, the juice and water machine was out of order during breakfast with no substitutes or even pitchers or jugs of juices offered, and the ?business center? was down again and wouldn?t connect to the internet.

Everything about this stay was 5-star but Angie at the front desk went above and beyond. After a crazy hectic week I got to the hotel late in the evening and realized I had brought the wrong set of teaching notes for a class I was teaching the next day. When asking about printing them (70 pages) at their business center she said they had been having trouble with it, and they were low on paper. By the time I came back down with my flash drive she had gone next door to another hotel and borrowed paper and she said if the printer didn't work she would print them at the front desk. Luckily the business center worked perfectly and I was all set for the next day. On top of great customer service, the entire hotel smelled clean and inviting, the room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, at the breakfast was hot and delicious. This is definitely my go-to hotel in Harrison!
