We had the best tour! John did our itinerary which made it smooth sailing and it was a wonderful time. The driver was a true gentleman and he made us all feel safe. Dow was fantastic!I would 💯use this company again! One of the best experiences I've had with a van service. Can't wait to go again!

Best experience!! I’m so glad we booked with Yadkin Valley Wine Tours. Our day was perfect!! We absolutely loved our driver Roger. He made the day so much fun. We visited 4 wineries but returned to Shadow Spring a second time so 5 stops plus the store. Will definitely book again in the future!

We had the best time. Every winery was great. Views were breathtaking. BUT truly what made our experience unforgettable was our driver/guide, Tracy. Warren Dow picked us up and took responsibility to make sure we were safe and above all having a great time. He was a true gentlemen and knowledgeable of the area and wineries we wanted to visit. Had the best time!

The tours may be great but I will never know because their communication is nonexistent. I received a gift certificate right before the pandemic shutdowns. Now that I feel comfortable going on a tour, I have some questions about using this gift certificate. Over the past month, I have left voice messages, emailed several times and messaged them through Facebook. I have not gotten a response. Therefore, I am out of a $200 birthday gift.

Not a good experience. We spent 350 dollars for a custom tour. We needed to reschedule due to unforseeable events, and we provided 5 days notice. The response was: can't reschedule.

So, I asked for a refund and was denied. I was offered a 50 percent credit on a future tour. I told him to keep the money and we would not go on a tour. I don't want to support a business that treats people this way.

Beautiful restaurant, excellent service food is very good(prime rib) beautifully decorated for Christmas. Definitely will go back and try other things on the menu, priced extremely well..
