I truly enjoyed the beautiful Natchez Trace Parkway 7 day bike tour! I went with 4 of my best biking buddies and got to meet 4 more amazing guests along with 2 lovely guides. Ellie, the owner did an incredible job organizing everything. She has been doing these trips for a while and her logistic skills shine. Great food, great accomodations, great rental bikes, great scenery, great & safe bike route! I loved every minute of this trip and hope I can do another in the future.

I've contracted COL for 2 mult-day group events and couldn't be happier with their services. They respond to questions, foresee issues and are very easy to work with. I joined a friend doing the Southern Tier for a few days and was very impressed with the guides of the tour. They had a great balance of a focusing on the adventure of the ride and safety along the way. I appreciated the hospitality to let me tag along for a couple of days and plan on booking a tour of my own soon! I highly recommend Cycle of Life!

I had a fantastic ride on the Natchez Trace Parkway. We rode October 21-27, 2023 with guides Elli and Katie. They were very attentive to the needs of the riders (one suffers from Celiac Disease) by providing food and snacks to keep us going and satisfy our cravings. Accommodations were quiet and comfortable. Restaurant choices were outstanding! No one went away hungry. Each morning we would review the plan for the day with Elli letting us know the mile marker for each stop. The van driver would be ahead and put an orange cone out at the rest stop turn. I will recommend Cycle of Life Adventures to anyone considering a multi-day ride.

I have been on 2 tours with Elli. The first was Mt Dora Florida and the second was riding the GAP ( Pittsburgh to DC) both of which were exceptional in all aspects of service, over all enjoyment, and support during the trips. What touched me the most was how she involved my wife (non-rider) during the Mt Dora ride. The second was the Pittsburgh to DC ride where Elli sat with me in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia and helped me plot my trip from DC to Baltimore, MD where I was to meet family. The meals were fun, inviting, and the restraunts/hotels were so much than tents on all levels. I will sat Elli and Dennis were very aware where all the riders always were riding taking turns sharing the day ensuring all was right in the trip.

Would I ride with here again...yes without hesitation. I've riden cross-countrytwice and am looking forward to doing the southern tier again with Elli and Dennis. Also the trip from Ft Myers to Key West.

Nicely run trip, with our guides looking out for our every interest. Unique road that should be experienced by any adventure cyclist. Where else can yo ride 444 miles with no stop sign, stop lights, commercial vehicles or advertizing. Loved being paced (drafted) by my wife on an e-bike.

I just finished my second bike tour with Cycle of Life Adventures completing the Nanchez Trace Parkway ride with guides Ed and Lee. Top notch from start to finish with great lodging and after ride restaurant meals. All inclusive with lunches on the road and van/ gear support. Had one issue with my bike and Lee was able to fix it in no time ( they are also bike mechanics). Already looking into another tour with this group (COLA). Owners Ellie and Dennis communicate well with all of us personally and their priority is satisfaction/safety for their guests. Can’t wait until the next one. Thanks COLA!! Making friends for life.

This was the best supported tour I have ever done. The Natchez Trace is a beautiful ride especially in fall. Ellie and Katie were knowledgable and just a joy to ride with. The logistics of the ride were perfect from unique places to stay, great food before/after rides, fueling stops on all routes which were exactly where they needed to be for long rides. There were interesting side trips to places I would have never seen. It was a worry free seven days for which am super grateful and so glad I signed up for. This was the "organized ride" that was really well organized.
