It was a great experience! First time being in any caverns and very interesting! The tour guide was friendly and helpful. The gift shop was a bit of a disappointment but the caverns made up for it!

We visited as a large family group on a cold snowy day. We had a very good guide, Grayson. He knew lots of interesting facts and didn't lose anyone on the tour. The cave seemed rather cozy compared to the snowy outdoors. Most spaces were quite open and well lit. Only a bit of challenge on some of the damp stairs.

This was a great cavern! It's kids friendly and the tour brings you up close and personal with the beauties of nature. Our tour guide Katie was very knowledgeable and full of information.

Great tour. Took my family with of four 11YO girl, 9YO boy. One hour tour . Your guide was well informed and did a great job. New ownership is looking to possibly expand in some of its offerings soon. Highly recommended.

These caverns were really neat and it was me and my kiddos first time going into one. 😃 it’s was about a 40min tour and tickets were $17 for 13+, 12 and under $8.50, 4u free. So very reasonably priced. A little river running through. And our tour guide did a good job.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about how the cavern was formed, who discovered it, and the construction so people could visit. The cavern is about 180ft deep, and we got to explore the deepest part.

Great experience. Tourist guide was very knowledgeable and patient as I have a daughter with a disability that makes walking arduous. He waited for the entire group before telling us the history of the Caverns and answering all of our questions. Beautiful formations
