I've lived in town for 6 years and have had many positive experiences. Even when it's busy and folks behind the window are dealing with all the complexities of small town (and small state) rules and regulations, they have always treated me with respect and good humor; even in the face of some other townsfolk who were not as friendly as they should have been.
