Went in the Firestone purchase four tires for my truck the service was great the people were great I was in and out of there within a couple hours

My husband took his 2022 HRV in for oil change and lifetime alignment that we bought. They told him the control arm was bad and tires had dry rot. They quoted $1200.00 for control arm replacement and $800.00 to replace tires.
They also told him Honda parts were on a national back order. My husband was suspicious of such report due to the fact that the car has only 50,000 miles on it.
He took it to the Honda dealer he had it checked over since the steering wheel was also shimmying which was something new.
They found 3 tires out of balance which is odd since he had gone to Firestone for an alignment two weeks prior.
There was no finding of a bad control arm or dry rot on the tires.
After doing business with them for almost 20 years between the Manchester and Plaistow location we are done doing business with a servicer of in my opinion bad reputation. And I don’t need a carbon copy automated response.

Excellent customer service, work was completed well ahead of my expectations, quoted price was lower than I anticipated and only the work I wanted done was completed with no pressure of adding any other services. Firestone Plaistow, NH is an "A-1" shop and the staff also ensured my car is 100% ready for a road trip to Georgia next week!!

I should have known since ALL customer reviews about this location were bad. I sent my little brother to have some routine work completed. Oil change, valve cover gasket, spark plugs changed. The total bill was over $1000 dollars, also it was quoted as needing an O2 sensor changed, as part of the complete diagnostic service billed and quoted. Why then was the oil filter NOT changed, the oil life indicator STILL reads 30% oil life. Furthermore, the oil itself is still the same old dirty oil after checking the dip stick to confirm the oil HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED!! The valve cover gasket, the same original blue color gasket that was on the car before my brother brought the car in. And the check engine light still comes on throwing emissions codes for a faulty O2 sensor bank 1. This isn't even classified as poor workmanship, this is BLATANT THEFT and LARCENY!! Billing for work not done, is UNETHICAL, CRIMINAL and FRAUD. since the "work" was done on my FIRESTONE CARD. I have pictures and the invoice to prove the transaction. Will never return for ANY WORK there. Not even tire rotation or balancing.

We bought tires from Firestone and came back when one tire had lost air. Turns out it was a nail and it was repaired quickly and no charge! Incredible service!

I feel the work was 1st rate , I service department professional however I feel I paid top dollar
And the total was 800 + dollars but I was not given any coupon for any discounts..why ?

Had an appointment to get new tires installed. Dropped car off for 3 hours then I received a call from Allen. He gave me a bunch of excuses why he couldn’t do it that day. And the next available appointment was 4 days out. I took the new tires elsewhere.
