Absolutely loved our stay here for my boyfriend and I’s 5 year anniversary celebration! Only part that ABSOLUTELY ruined it for me was the two rude women that work the front desk. Customer service is a huge part of the experience and unfortunately they are not great at their jobs. Not a single smile and every response came with major attitude. Loved the room but unfortunately don’t think I’ll be rebooking here with all of the other wonderful places in the area that offer impeccable customer service.

You really can't get much better for lodging in this area. Although we found ours through Airbnb. Many of these are managed through the property. Really nice units. Excellent location on the Pemi River.

We loved our stay here! The lake and surrounding areas are meticulously maintained. It's safe and quiet. Felt completely comfortable letting my 7 year old ride her bike around the resort. We walked along the River every night. The kids loved the lake, although the water was pretty cold. We would absolutely stay here again. The only bummer was that their indoor pool was closed and under construction. The location is central to all the area attractions and restaurants. Easy to get to.

I have stayed here multiple times and I have never been disappointed. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. I have never had issue with noise and the accommodations are gorgeous with the river, pond, and view of the mountains. It's so helpful and cost effective being able to cook in the unit and the prices are incredible. I try to go here once per year and it is, by far, my favorite place to stay for a vacation or even a weekend getaway!

This was our first time coming here and we had a great time!!! The reason we picked Deer Park Resort was because it was pet friendly and we were having trouble finding a sitter for our dog. My boys were sad when we told them the pool was closed because it was being worked on but they had a blast in the lake and we spent most of the time in the river and taking nice long walks around. Our room was beautiful and we had everything we needed!!! The balcony was so relaxing, just sitting and listening to the river. Everyone was so friendly and we had the best time!!! We're already talking about coming back next summer!!!

My family and I have stayed here for many years in different rented units and have always had a good time. The area is quieter than North Conway but it's a quick drive to Franconia Notch and all the park activities there. On site, there is a man-made pond that the kids have a lot of time splashing around in when we want to stay at the resort for a day. The clubhouse itself needs some updating, and it's a little crazy air hockey, pool, and table tennis cost $1 each time you play, but overall this is a great option for families to stay.

The buildings are a bit dated, but we'll maintained. Our room looks great but missing some amenities, along with items that look great but do not work. The pond area is beautiful and the club house was updated. Close to many outdoor activities.

I've been coming here for years. This is my happy place. Could the jacuzzi at the recreation center use some new tiles? Yes. Does that really matter? No. I love swimming to shark rock even when it's covered in bird poop. Close to the mountains. Close to 93. Close to Wayne's and price copper. Did I mention it's close to the mountains? Much love for deer park.
