This location is located perfectly with easy access to ME, MA, and downtown Portsmouth. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. Check in and out was super easy! Scott, the dining manager went above and beyond to give us access to a room to eat and play games with our family that we were visiting in town. It was snowy and cold and the pool room and water was a little cold for us. Dru,, the maintenance manager, gladly turned up the heat in the room and warmed up the pool for us! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that the stay for my parents and I was exceptional! I would highly recommend this location for your short and long stays!

Check in was a breeze and we were pleased when we got to the room. It was spacious, very clean, and very quiet. The breakfast in the morning was a real treat for the price too. Everything was fresh and cooked exactly as ordered. Checkin and checkout staff were knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend - quality at an affordable price. Short mile or so to downtown Portsmouth with taxi service available. Also a parking garage if you wish to drive.

Enjoyed the stay very much. The location provided convenient access to several areas and activities. The diner in the parking lot was excellent as well. For the price, would definitely recommend the hotel.

This hotel is fantastic. The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff in the restaurant was wonderful and extremely friendly. I will definitely stay here again when returning. This has to be the best Holiday Inn I have stayed in. You should be very proud of your establishment. Thank you helping make our holiday special.

This hotel is conveniently located and newly updated. The room was very clean and updated. We loved our stay. It’s a quick 5 minute drive to downtown.

We really enjoyed our visit for the holidays. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean. We only wish it was closer to downtown so we could walk there. The pool was not really warm, but being temps were in single digits it wasn’t too bad.

Clean & modern hotel. Restaurant Bar was great for quick bites and local craft beers. Great selection of beers. The bartender was very friendly, Personable and made us feel like we could stay at the bar all night.

Our stay was the end of an engagement plan. The staff was fantastic and more than willing to working with my folks to put some roses and champagne up in the room before my now fiancé and I got there. When we did check in the staff member working the front desk gave a small smirk and knew exactly which room we were checking into and never gave away the surprise. When we checked out she congratulated us and was very kind. (: Overall, this was a great way to end our night!
