The atmosphere is incredible, such a beautiful space, and the service is great, but the food is only okay. We had a great time for sure, but it's just not that memorable. Our favorite dish was the goat cheese appetizer - melted goat cheese with crusty bread, so good! Our pasta dishes were good but low on meat and just so rich, we were stuffed but it looked like we had barely made a dent.

We ended our holiday season by enjoying a fabulous meal at Salt.
Our waiter, Drew, was very knowledgeable about the menu and beverages as well as being pleasant and kind.
We sat at a round table for 7 in a cozy corner of the room.
The ambiance was perfect: warm, cozy and festive.
Our meals were delicious and beautifully presented.
Drew paced our servings perfectly.
We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and hope to return next holiday season!

This place had an incredible ambiance! The hotel looked like the setting of a modern-day day Dirty Dancing. The aroma upon entering was delightful.
The restaurant served incredible food. Appetizers, entrees, desserts, wow. Incredible experience, highly recommend!

We went here for New Year’s eve and it was above our expectation! For some reason our reservation didn’t go through and we got there late, but Luis, the host, made it work so we could still sit at a table (on new years eve!). The entire staff was incredibly kind. The food was delicious and very reasonably prices for the quality, especially considering it was a holiday and most places will upcharge for a set menu. I highly recommend the lobster bisque with poached lobster.

Lobster Fetticuine- Very good! The sweet corn gives it the sweet flavor and it tastes like they put a touch of hot sauce on it.

Mushroom Ravioli- Very good

The blueberry desert was okay. The cream was too tarte for my liking but very esthetically pleasing.

Spiced Cauliflower- was okay. I did not like the flavor of the chutney sauce.

I came here for a late night drink and a bite to eat. Tim, behind the bar, went.through the beers on tap and recommended a great glass of wine. The pizza was fantastic. Overall great experience. Very classy.
