The last few weeks I’ve unfortunately been a frequent visitor of the Portsmouth Regional Hospital. Last weekend there was a snowstorm that made my hour drive home impossible and even though it was after 9pm Minh was able to get our room booked quickly and efficiently! The breakfast was great and all available amenities were maintained to their best! This past weekend it was another late night (1am) and after calling and not being able to get a room on the phone, I decided to stop into the front desk and Jamal was super helpful and accommodating in getting us into a nice and clean room in under 10 minutes. This was a perfect location for our quick stop on our way to Sugarloaf!
The hotel was comfortable and clean!
We loved the breakfast that came with the room in the morning! The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful! We loved Annie! She is a wonderful woman who is the breakfast hostess, she was warm and welcoming and made you feel at home!
She made everything special from eggs to waffles and even a hot coco bar with toppings and whipped cream! It was really lovely! I'd go back just to see her!
She even allowed my little pug to join us for breakfast so we didn't have to take our food back to the room through the cold. It was a really wonderful stay!

Positive: Staff was great and the older woman who helped with breakfast. Negative: Being winter not having a mat to put shoes on left water spots and wet socks. It would be nice to have dark cloth to wipe up floor.

Do not book here though it says you can cancel your stay up to 24 hours. They keep your money and blame it on the fact you booked with a third-party company. Ellen who works up front flat out said she will not let rakesh the owner know. Even though the owner said that if he had my money, he would refund it to me after calling all of the third-party companies finding out he does have my money he is now refusing to refund me, even though it clearly states that my stay was refundable. Terrible customer service they are not affiliated with the Better Business Bureau. I would never stay here. Other reviews say dog poop is in the rooms that their rooms are covered with bugs. Do not stay do not waste your money

My husband and I were up in Portsmouth for the night. When we got to Port Inn we were met with an employee who immediately greeted us by saying “Hi, I was looking to go home but how can I help you, I guess?”. Just unprofessional. When we got into our room, on surface level the space appeared to have been cleaned. Upon closer inspection, there were 3-4 giant demonic flies from The Omen. The bathroom was atrocious. There were long black hairs on the floor, door, and pubic hairs stuck to urine on the toilet. We didn’t even see some of that until the morning because we were out late in the evening. Great location to downtown but truly a sad experience when it came to professionalism and cleanliness.

Was stuck in Portsmouth with no way to charge my electric vehicle so I ended up getting a room for the night. Great service, clean room, friendly staff. Would come again!

Positive: It was clean Negative: 1. That is the worst excuse of a breakfeast I have ever had. Hospital food is better. 2. You could hear everything through the walls and the ceiling. The TV was broken. There are black lines going through the screen.

The staff was super nice. The rooms were clean and it was also very quiet if you're looking for a nice quiet place that makes you feel at home, I would highly recommend
