My tour of India with Immersion Journeys was a highlight of my life. The tour guides were superlative. They were consummate professionals in their high level of knowledge, courtesy, care for each of us as tourists and attention to absolutely every detail of the experience. I was awestruck, inspired, and forever changed by my connections with the Indian people most especially, and also with the sights. The destinations were wonderful and thoughtfully chosen. Rumit Mehta was so helpful and reliable that I could set a watch by his promptness in communicating with me. I would choose Immersion Journeys for another travel adventure before any other company.

We had a fantastic experience for once in lifetime tour of Kenya Safari during August 2024. Rumit understood our interests in the 1st call, explained us broadly how it works and came back with a personalised customised itinerary, meeting our requirements in a week's time. Everything was taken care of from the time we landed in Nairobi, till we boarded our flight back. His selection of boutique conservancies gave us experience of a lifetime and it's not something one could have just founded on google. He was reachable all throughout, even during the trip and checked on us regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly.

our family just returned from a fantastic Safari experience organized by Immersion travels. Rumit was extremely responsive before, during, and after the vacation. we very much appreciated his attention to detail, and helping us with last-minute changes even during the vacation. in addition, the lodgings he booked for us and the guides, were all excellent. we were well taken care of from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend booking a Safari through Immersion.

My family and I used Immersion Journey to travel to Tanzania. We loved the company! They set us up with incredible hotels and our safari experience was one of my favorite thing i've ever experienced. We not only saw beautiful animals, but the travel agency ensured we had quality meals throughout our trip. We had Rumit Mehta as our travel agent and he was incredibly helpful, patient, and always responded to our needs. He also reached out while we were traveling and when we returned home to make sure we were okay. Thank you Immersion Journeys!

An amazing trip. Well planned and organized. Much more than I expected. Made every activity look easy. Carefully Curated!!! The Tour Manager - Belinda was the absolute best!!!Her personality, her knowledge, her patience, her organizational skills was simply phenomenal. I can’t speak enough about the ease of traveling within the country, the impeccable hotels, the venues, the activities - all well done!! We had an absolutely marvelous experience with immersion journeys. We stayed in three camps in the Serengeti and the amazing Ngorongoro crater where in a silvery light, we saw baboons flamingos zebras wallabees impalas,all kinds of antelopes, lions, black rhinos, a hippo, velvet monkeys, all kinds of birds. In the Serengeti, we saw the migration of huge numbers, of wallabies and zebras . We saw more lions, giraffes, a cheetah a leopard hanging out in a tree eating an antelope. We saw so many amazing things, and met so many kind people. The trip was well paced, and everywhere we landed, we were met and escorted by wonderful guides. We went in January and the weather was both hotter and colder than I expected. A trip of a lifetime!

Rumit and his team at Immersion Journeys were amazing from start to finish and follow-up on return from our trip to South Africa. Everything was executed to perfection and fit our wants to a tee.
