India with Intrepid was phenomenal, actually bloody phenomenal. The pple, colours, food, experiences completely blew my mind .Mahaveer & Bhanu were incredible Intrepid guides, we could not have got anyone better.
I am definitely going back to this diverse country again, I still have so much to see & explore, such friendly& beautiful people. Intrepid 10/10 🤩

I’ve traveled with Intrepid three times in the last 13 months and I just booked my fourth. If you’re hesitating, don’t! On all of my trips the accommodations, food, tour leaders, itineraries, and transportation have been top notch. The trips are well organized, run seamlessly and give you the opportunity to really appreciate the history, culture, food and people of whatever wondrous place you’re visiting. Barcelona to Paris, Paris to Berlin, Berlin to Budapest, and Budapest to Venice. The tour was 29 days on Basix. The accommodation was quirky, interesting, close to the action or transport, and always clean. The tour leaders are always well organised and interesting. They are committed to travelling the Intrepid way so we use public transport when it is available,

The WhatsApp groups are a great way to stay in contact and the orientation walks are a great way to get an understanding of the area before we start exploring on our own. This is a wonderful way to see lots of places and can be tiring so you will need to manage your health and fitness.

There are overnight visits, but mostly 2 night stays and a couple of 3 night stays (one in Berlin).

The tour leaders are truly wonderful and a credit to the Intrepid company and brand.

Europe is full of interesting palaces, buildings, cathedrals, fortresses, wineries, national parks and galleries. Travelling just makes me want to see more she more!

I have completed around 17 intrepid tours and hope to continue as long as my little legs will carry me!

Note: please pack super lightly in soft bags or backpacks. There are so many stairs and not many lifts or escalators. The cobblestones are unrelenting. Try to fit everything into carry-on! You will thank me later!

Had a fabulous trip with Intrepid in Sept 2024. Toured Turkey and 3 Greek islands. The guides were amazing. So knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and attentive to all the details. Went out of their way to accomodate me when I wanted to see sites on my free time that required arranging independent transportation. Can't speak highly enough of these 2 fabulous guides: AYSENUR G in Turkey and MARIA T in Greece. I've booked another Intrepid tour to Croacia this Fall. I love the small group size (around 10) and the guides bring the countries "to life" with all the amazing sights. Big Kudos to AYSENUR and MARIA! Wish I could do it all over again! So many great memories of fun fun fun. Thank you

Our Intrepid Classic Trip to Costa Rica was a great success. The itinerary led us to wonderful National Parks of Costa Rica. Smooth transfer journeys took us to a range of well-chosen hotels. Our guide Emile was unstintingly helpful with an encyclopedic knowledge of native wild-life. We were lucky in the group we traveled with, fun to be with and we're still keeping in touch via our group WhatsApp. A wonderfully memorable trip.

The Intrepid Central-America tour takes you through beautiful landscape, you meet wonderful people everywhere and each day is full of adventures. I enjoyed the beaches, the boat trips, the long drives and the group I travelled with. It is difficult to find a highlight - I think it was the possibility to go from one country to another and always finding something new and exciting.

I have recently been on my ninth trip with Intrepid and recommend them as a provider of tours. This time, I took the Kruger to Vic Falls trip with my partner.

You can rely on Intrepid taking you to local highlights. The African crews know the areas well and help you to understand the different cultures.

On occasions, elements like the weather can mean itineraries need to be changed. This happened during our recent trip. Both the local team and central Intrepid team were able to address specific issues and this high level of customer service forms part of my rationale for meaning I'm already looking forward to booking my next trip.
