I was planning a group trip and she was very unprofessional and looking for a cash grab. She charges a research fee, which is supposed to be applied towards the trip (granted I provided her my entire itinerary). I asked about the-payment installments and even shared alternative prices with her, just to be told off in an email. She got nasty and told to me book for myself. I picked a place, as to not loose the trip, and she refused to book what I wanted and kept the fee. Wackiest behavior I’ve ever encountered with a travel agent. Warning to others- Stay away from her business and her nonsense.

Do not trust this agency or Michelle. She over charged us. Quilting on ship was horrible. Her husband owned business supplying machines. When I caught covid she refused to assist with getting things cancelled and refunded We had to do that ourselves. Do not use her from cruises.

Michelle does not live up to her obligations or her word as far as Quilt Retreats At Sea is concerned. I would be very careful trusting this person with obligatory items. Very unprofessional and does not present well. Watch out for the wine...
