Built in 1948, this motel is still a very good choice in the area. Room was spacious, clean and included some modern amenities. The people in the front office could not have been more friendly or helpful. I borrowed a screwdriver to change batteries in key fob and while returning it, the manager (and I suspect owner) provided quite a bit of local knowledge including suggestions as to where we might find moose in the morning. His route took us back toward the Cog Rail entrance which we somehow missed, but we were able to follow the map he provided to return to the Kancamagus Highway and continue on our way. We spied no moose, but the drive back to the Kanc was spectacular. This was our first overnight stop after a fantastic stay in Bar Harbor. It was exactly as described and quite nice given the age of the property. BTW, we found NH and the White Mountains to be more spectacular than Acadia.

Stopped overnight on our way to Maine. Read the reviews and decided to book a room. We were very happy we did! A beautiful little place- took me back to when I was traveling with my parents throughout New England in the late '60's. The hosts were very pleasant and welcoming. Well kept place -beautiful flowers added to the charm.The room was clean and beds were comfy. The town of Littleton is a hidden gem as well. We would definitely stay again.

I had plans that changed at the last minute and needed to find somewhere to stay in Littleton. I felt Super Lucky to find that they had a availability at a very affordable price. The man at the front desk was very nice as was the lady that came out of the back they were both very helpful.
So they have a really cool pavilion with a beautiful oval table in the middle of the little lights up around the top of the Pavilion. A little further up the hill there's another Pavilion there is a fire pit there there is a grill and there's other chairs where you could have a little bit of privacy further up the hill and simply like watch the sunset and check out the views. The bed was amazingly comfortable I could not have been happier! And that comfortable Bed Head like five big fluffy pillows it was a wonderful stay! So close to everything down in Littleton it's perfectly located they have a lot of nice shops down there to check out..
So I included some pictures of some of the shops that are in Littleton one has all kinds of oddities and like all kinds of gems absolutely gorgeous then they have the one that has all kinds of jams jellies canned goods it just goes on and on and soaps and whatnot.

This wasn´t the most luxurious stay of our holiday but is was by far the most charming. It is everything you want a traditional motel to be : cozy, comfortable (excellent beds) and absolutely spotless.||They don´t serve breakfast but as it is ideally located in the towncentre, you just have to cross the road to go to the Littleton Diner. There is also a choice of good restaurants within walking distance. ||It makes a refreshing change from the big hotel chains and I would highly recommend it. We loved it.

This was our first time staying in Littleton. The reviews of this motel seemed good so we decided to give it a try. Our room was not huge but it was clean and comfortable. The location is great as there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The grounds are very nice and there are a few different spots to sit outside.

The room was safe, clean, and roomy. It is located downtown and you can walk to the diner across the street. The shower was low pressure and barely warm. The bed was hard. They had a keurig but it was broke. The worst problem is they used a window air conditioner with plastic screen filling the space. This let in all the road noise.

Super clean and conveniently located this hidden gem was a joy to stay at and felt like a 50s/60s time capsule!! Staff super-friendly, grounds are beautiful. Great rates, highly recommend- this will always be my “go-to” for trips in and around Littleton!

This place was horrible. It smells so bad - the pool was contaminated and each room has a kitchen that they lock if you didn’t you which makes it creepy and tacky. Front desk is rude. You have to talk via FaceTime to management. We didn’t sleep here and TripAdvisor nor the motel gave us our money back. The family lives on property and makes it feel like you are in their space. Again, the smell can make your stomach turn.
