Had an all around wonderful kayaking excursion with North Country Kayak. For someone with little kayaking experience, Eli and Kelsey made the whole process easy and effortless, and made this newbie completely comfortable. It was so fun getting out on peaceful Moore Reservoir and we had the pleasure of seeing an eaglet in its nest. While we opted to have a Eli as our guide, there is also the option to rent kayaks and go exploring on your own. Thanks for a great time!

We have to do a separate rating for Sole (sp) the dog because Google only gives 5 stars and we rate her a 10! Excellent fetch buddy and amazing kayak host. Honestly she made our day.

It's terrific. The owners are very friendly, the water is great, big lake, wide river, a lot of alcoves where you can rest under shades. The wind and waves are gentle along the shore, exciting on the open water but definitely safe. Will go back as many times as I can.

We found North Country Kayak on Google and are so glad we did! We called to get information and Eli was incredibly descriptive about their launch point and even texted photos to help us. He was also very accommodating with getting us a reservation and when we had to reschedule, he was amicable and open to our schedule. The water was amazing and refreshing. We paddled across the state-line into Vermont and swam on the coastline. We will definitely be back!! Also their dog, seen in photos, was the cherry on top 😍

Excellent service! We launched from the Dodge Hill landing on the Moore reservoir. Eli was there to give is some direction and told us how to adjust the seat and pedals. We brought dry bags but they provide one per kayak. The Moore Reservoir is so nice because there is minimal boat traffic and you can land on shore wherever you want unlike Lake Winnipesaukee where everything is private. This is a long lake and we only saw about half of it in 4+ hours of paddling . We saw a loon l, some geese and a redhead(duck). When you are done you just text them to let them know you're back. No hassles no fuss just a nice relaxing day on the water.

Will definitely book with North Country Kayak again. Ended up having the wrong day and they were so nice and understanding. They were able to accommodate us all the same. We had the reservoir to our selves and much fun. We even were able to see a bald eagle!

I had the chance on a recent visit to New Hampshire to receive a guided kayak tour with North Country Kayak. Elijah was everything you could ask for in a kayak tour guide. He was personable, knowledgeable, and let us go at own pace. We spent a few hours on Long Pond and this is just a beautiful place to kayak. If you are looking to kayak in the white mountains, then call North Country Kayak. You'll have a great time but come away with some nice memories too. (very good with kids)

What an awesome day spent on the river with my friends and Eli as our guide. We came up to the White Mountains for the weekend and were looking for things to do outside. We wanted to get out and relax on the water. Eli was a superb guide and the process was easy and efficient. We always felt safe and well taken care of. Eli is a great story teller and had us laughing the whole way down the river. Bonus was when he spotted a Bald Eagle moments before we landed, great way to end the day!

I highly recommend this service and plan to book another tour this coming summer.
