Also we had to add 2 extra days due to the hurricane and also change our flights and Lisa was on top of that made it sooo smooth and such an incredible experience we will 100% use her again

Lisa set everything up for our family's European vacation (flights, trains, lodging, excursions)! It was all laid out and we were given access to an app so we knew where we needed to be, etc. Essentially, the only thing we needed to do was find great places to eat! ?

My three friends and I would like to say “ THANK YOU “ for saving our trip to Depoe Bay Oregon. As you know two of us had lost our spouses during 2023 and we had a hard time finding a place in New Port Oregon due to the fact that it was whale watching season and also the reason why as a group we were going. Being a retired Emergency Manager for the State of Texas for 31 Years I thought no problem that I could find a place easily. Not true. You my friend found us a place to stay at and helped with every aspect of our trip. We had a wonderful week in Depoe Bay , saw over 50 whales and we all had a chance to weep with each other and say good bye to our loved one. Because of you Lisa our trip was a complete success from Airport , Rental Car , Hotel and Verbo. Again Thank you Lisa we feel like we found a friend in you.

Lisa keeps us up to date with the best travel deals. When she told us about a fall Viking River Cruise on the Rhine, we jumped on it. It was EVERYTHING she promised it would be. Even when the airlines misplaced our luggage, Lisa told us what to do, not to worry, “You’re on a river cruise!” She had encouraged us to take the travel insurance which worked out great. Lisa found us charming hotels to extend our trip before and after the cruise. Thanks Lisa! Can’t wait until our next trip booked with Lisa’s Three Wishes coming in July.

This review is way overdue. My wife and I have been using Lisa's services since our first cruise to Alaska in 2017. She is very knowledgeable about the process and worked with us every step of the way. She made sure we understood the process and what to expect as well has everything we needed to complete the trip worry free. As we were also including my mother on the trip the extra coordination wasn't easy. Lisa made it all work and we had no issues. We were able to enjoy the cruise.

Since then we have used Lisa to help plan two additional cruises, each to the Caribbean. On our most resent cruise one of my sisters made the trip with us. We started planning the cruise a month or so before the Pandemic hit. You can imagine the hassles we had with that. However, once again Lisa took care of all the refunds and holding for the next time we would attempt to book the cruise. We tried again in 2021 but that fell apart due to my concerns and personal medical issues.

We were finally ready to get this done in 2022. Again, Lisa worked with myself and my sister to coordinate everything. The cruise was fantastic. One thing we tried this time around was two of the excursion package that she offers from her website. Both of these excursions were amazing. They were made even better by the fact that the three of us were the only ones at each locations for these excursions. What a pleasure it was to go on a walking tour through San Juan, PR with our "personal" guide, Papa Lion. Papa Lion was friendly, helpful, and had many personal stories. He clearly loves his home and it showed in every story he told. The walking tour was also about coffee stops and we sampled some unique coffee drinks. I'm still trying to figure out how to post a review for him. I've included a small sample of our most recent cruise.

I will continue to use Lisa's services. It make no difference that we are in different states. She always responds to my inquires in a timely manner, even if just to let me know she read it and will get back to me as soon as she can. I've never felt neglected.

My wife and I celebrated our 50th anniversary in Europe the month of September (2024). It was a fantastic adventure in Paris and northern Italy. We couldn't have made this trip as successful as it was without the help of Lisa at 3 Wishes Dream Vacations. Her experience and assistance made the trip virtually glitch free. The hotels, tours, and transportation arranged by Lisa freed my wife and I up so we could enjoy the trip to its fullest. We will definitely call Lisa for help with our next big trip!

I have had two extended travel experiences with Lisa Merutka. Both experiences were travel to Italy, with family members, , with travel to several different cities and a lot of different planned tours and activities. Lisa did a phenomenal job planning every necessary detail and was available to assist in real time for any issues that arose. I felt very confident in the success of the trips because of Lisa’s detailed attention and willingness to be available.
