She is the absolute best at listening to all your questions and concerns and will work to make sure you feel safe and happy with your trip !
I have so enjoyed getting to deal with her on this trip for my granddaughter 13 th birthday trip .
We will definitely be using her again .

Nanette helped us greatly with a trip we recently took to Playa Del Carmen. I’m usually a DIY travel planner, but the resort where we wanted to stay works with a lot of travel agents, so I thought I’d at least inquire with Nanette and a few others to see if they could get me a better price than I could get on my own. Nanette was the most responsive of the agents I queried, and ultimately she was able to negotiate a better price. Even better, included with that price was assistance with booking various activities and dinner reservations. It all went smoothly except for one dinner reservation, but we were able to resolve the issue and we were happy with the result. Definitely recommend Nanette and she will be my first call when I’m looking to work with a travel agent in the future!

We recently took a vacation booked through Nanette Travels. Nanette was very helpful with all of the plans. She got to know us a little and by that, she was able to recommend various resorts for us. All the choices were wonderful and she assisted in helping us choose the best package for us. She has been to many of these resorts so she was able to tell us what to expect and all of the different amenities they had.

Booking the trip was easy and everything was sent timely. She set up all of the resort reservations as well as our private transportation to/from the airport and our excursions.

Once at our destination, everything went smooth. We had no issues with check-in or the stay. Everything that we were told about the resort was true and it exceeded our expectations. We stayed at Majestic Elegance and I can see why Nanette recommended this one. The grounds were beautiful. The restaurants were delicious and there was always entertainment. We stayed in the adults only area. It was so peaceful, but if you wanted to live it up, you had that option as well. We also had a personal butler who helped us with dinner reservations, room services, and other tasks. It was super helpful because we didn’t have to worry about anything. I can’t say enough about the resort. We will definitely be returning.

As for Nanette, she was there for us every step of the way. If we needed anything, she was available to assist us. We will definitely be using her services again. I am so glad to have found her and will be recommending her to friends and family.

Nanette did an amazing job with helping us book our trip to Cancun. My fiance and I had already been to 3 different resorts that he booked for us which were all great, but this time we took our 22 yr old daughter with us for the first time. Mike and I couldn't decide on which resort to book, so I reached out to Nanette and she helped me on which resort would be best for us. She got us best rate for the 3 of us for a 10 day stay with 2 Jr King suite pool view. She worked with me from the day I reached out to her until the day we traveled home. This was our first time using a travel agent. I highly recommend Nanette. We appreciate everything she did for us.
