I have been using A1 Travels & Tours for over 28 years, and I can confidently say that Shaheen Bhai provides the best travel service. My family and I have always relied on him for all our trips, and every experience has been smooth and hassle-free.

On our last trip from Dallas to Dhaka, with a 4-night stay in Dubai before returning to Dallas, we faced a major issue at the airport. While checking in at the Emirates Business Class counter, we were told that one of our family members could not be issued a boarding pass due to new UAE visa regulations. The only way to board was to have a connecting flight within 24 hours to another city.

It was midnight in Dallas, and I immediately called Shaheen Bhai. He picked up right away and spent the next hour working tirelessly to ensure we could all get on our flight. If it weren’t for him, we would have lost five business class tickets and been forced to buy expensive one-way replacements.

After arriving in Dubai, we tried to secure a transit visa but were unsuccessful. With our flight back to Dallas in four days and no available seats earlier, we decided to make the best of the situation and go for Umrah. Once again, Shaheen Bhai was there for us! He found us the best flight to Jeddah and ensured we returned on time for our flight back to Dallas.

This was one of the most stressful travel experiences I have ever faced, but thanks to A1 Travels & Tours, everything worked out. Shaheen Bhai’s dedication, professionalism, and quick problem-solving made all the difference.
