MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THEIR CANCELLATION POLICY! We had to cancel our tour 5 months out. The penalty to do that is $200 per person, double the penalty of other RV tour companies. I call that highway robbery.

2019 tour to Alaska was awful with Jan and Ray were horrible Wagon Masters. It was the worst experience and when I wrote a letter to the owners I never got a response

We have taken 5 RV Caravans and enjoyed all of them. They do the work and make the reservations and ensure everyone's safety. This is the best way to tour in your RV.

Grand Circle 2023 was an awesome trip with Adventure Caravans. The wagon master team and tailgunner team were awesome. All of the rigs on this trip made it "the trip of a lifetime".

We did the 61-Day Alaska & Canadian Rockies tour summer 2022. What an amazing experience!!!! This was our 3rd visit to Alaska (1st time driving) and the trip did not disappoint. The views were majestic and stunning. We saw a lot of wildlife on the side of the road as we drove. It was so nice not to have to do any of the planning. We just showed up and told where to go. It made for a stress-free experience. We did have plenty of free days where we could do whatever we wanted. Marti & Greg were our Wagon Masters, and Kat & Tim were the Tail Gunners. They were all very knowledgeable and super helpful. They really helped make the trip a wonderful experience. I would love to do another tour with them in the future. The best benefit to doing this trip is the “safety in numbers” aspect. Several people in our group had problems with their rigs along the way. It was very comforting to know, and to have, people who could help right away. Many friendships were formed and we’ll be seeing a lot of the people from this group at a meet-up in Nashville next year. I would highly recommend doing a tour with Adventure Caravans.

Having traveled with Adventure Caravans on 3 previous trips we booked our 4th trip six months before departure and paid the required 15% ($1,320.00) deposit. We were a little surprised to note final payment being required 4 months (120 days) in advance. Life has a way of changing our plans and at 127 days (4 months, 7 days) prior to departure we needed to cancel. The penalty for cancelling was the full 15% deposit, $1,320.00 !!!!
Having owned a travel agency for 23 years. I know how the business works. Yes you must have a final payment due, ours was 90 days before departure and then the penalties started.
We never would have charged our customers for cancelling 4 months before departure....not if we wanted to keep them. We won't be traveling with nor recommending Adventure Caravans in the future.
