I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for KRM Travels. Especially John! Due to Tropical Storm, Debby. My cousin and I were stranded in Florida after a canceled flight, off our cruise. One of my first calls was to John. Within minutes he was looking up flights and hotels for us. He arraigned a hotel for 2 nights, a shuttle to pick us up. That entire day, he was calling me for possible flights to get us on the soonest one. John knowing I had an upcoming cruise as well, then did everything he could to make sure I would be back in time. John had my cousin and I on the soonest flight out of Florida and back home to NY. I recommend everything booking with KRM. If you are ever in trouble, they will do everything they can to make sure you are taken care of. Thank you KRM for everything!

A friend and I were planning a joint family vacation. We each put our deposits down with the information that it was fully refundable. After 2 weeks of persistently calling and going into their office I received my deposit back. I paid cash for mine so you would think mine would have been more difficult to get back. My friend however has received a little under half of her deposit back. At first her card was reimbursed for a minimal amount. After her being persistent she received a check from the travel agency. Which again she has received less than half of her deposit back. I would not recommend this agency at all. They all contradict each other. Not a one of them give you the same information. They have the worst customer service.

Oh, how I wish I'd checked the yelp reviews before booking with this agency. A lady had written SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I have traveled with my husband to 5 continents for work and pleasure and never had an experience such as this. They were recommended to my cousin. It took 3 tries for them to get my birthdate correct and from there it went downhill. Ken Madden has one standard reply when asked where something promised can be. He always says he mailed that out by UPS 2 weeks ago. We never received anything from KRM by UPS so that is just one example of his lies. It was a simple Gate 1 trip that we could have booked ourselves and would have had booked good connections. What they booked for us was hideous. We and my cousin were told seats on the planes would be done a couple of weeks before the trip. This did not happen. We upgraded on our own. My cousins refused to do this and took terrible seats after being told Ken Madden was in Egypt so there was no help for them. There were so many mess-ups by this group of people, can't begin to list them. Ken Madden uses his health and care of his parents as excuses until he runs out of excuses and then is actually rude to the people who have placed their money and trust with him. I walked by my husband's study a few weeks before we took this trip to hear this Ken Madden shouting at my husband. Ken Madden would never make it in corporate travel. Be advised to stay far, far from this agency.
