Altie was AMAZING to work with! From the moment we starting talking to her about what we wanted she knew her stuff! We stayed at the Atelier Playa Mujeras Resort in Mexico and it was WAY more than I dreamed. We would've been lost w/ out Altie's help EVERY step along the way! Altie has been so helpful in planning our vacation. I am, admittedly, one of those nightmare clients who researches every thing about every resort, has a thousand questions, and requests multiple quotes. Altie was super responsive and helpful in guiding me through my self-induced information overload. We haven't had our vacation yet, so I can only speak to the booking process, but Altie knocked it out of the park! We had 7 night stay at Riu Palace Las Americas in Cancun. Had a great time. Resort was awesome. Altie did a wonderful job booking my vacation. She sent me everything I needed to prepare for my trip. I’ll definitely use her again for my vacation planning needs
