I stay there for 10 days, was everything incredible, very clean and cozy, I rented kayaks and boats in the same place, Steven the owner was very friendly and recommended restaurants and places to go, I definitely recommend it 👍

We had our wedding at Cold Spring Farm in Alton Bay and we rented out all of the blue cabins along with Villa Lago, The Cove, and use of the boats. I really can't say enough great things.The owner Steve was so easy to work with figuring out details and allowing us to do little things like get in early to leave welcome bags in the cabins for our guests, have a small girls' night gathering, etc. They were always responsive and happy to help. We are so grateful to have found this gem and been able to reserve the entire place for our wedding.

Our bridal party got ready for the wedding in Villa Lago and did a first look on the dock. It did not disappoint. It was absolutely beautiful, and the perfect place for all the moving parts of hair and make-up for a large wedding party on the morning of. High end neutral finishes were the perfect backdrop for getting ready photos, and a large great room with many options for seating allowed for plenty of space for a brunch spread, hair, makeup, mimosas, and all the other little things that go on. There were at least 13 of us that got ready there and it was plenty of space.

We had SO MUCH FUN taking the boats out the day before the wedding. Highly recommend a boat day to start your wedding weekend. It was really what we all needed to let go of the stress of planning and begin actually enjoying the weekend.

Each stay was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. They really go above and beyond to provide everything you will need to cook, relax, get on the lake, etc. They provide bikes, boats, fire pits, games, grills, smokers, everything you can think of and then some. ALL of our guests had great things to say about their stay. Everyone appreciated having their own separate space but with such a great meeting space in the middle with the fire pit, coffee station, games, hammocks, and the kids favorite - the arcade(s.)

10/10 - this place was PERFECT for our wedding guests. All of our friends were asking if we could rent this place out again next year just for fun!

The most beautiful views, super clean, and easy access to everything the lake has to offer. We even were able to rent a boat during our stay and it was delivered to our dock!
The best place in Alton to stay, Vacanza has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Definitely will be back year after year!
