C&J pleasantly surprised me. I flew into Boston with a friend as we were headed to Portsmouth to compete in Women’s Nationals and Women’s World Pinball Championships. Uber/Lyfts were too expensive and the local folks pointed competitors to this bus line.

The drivers I had on both trips to and from Logan Airport were nice individuals, good drivers, and helpful. The ride was smooth and luggage is transported underneath the bus. The bus is equipped with reliable WiFi which I appreciated as a remote worker so it allowed me to get things done in the midst of my travel.

The bus was also clean and free of debris and seemed like it was well kept. I’d definitely consider taking them again if I am around their service.

Their website was easy to use to book a ticket. How this works if you’re older or technologically behind, you may want to call and ask since they give QR codes to get on the bus when purchased online, so for maybe elderly people they may wish to call to see how that would shake out. As someone who works in tech, this is fine for me, but as someone who has older parents who aren’t tech people, this would’ve been a challenge for them to use.

C & J takes the stress out of driving in & out of Boston, enabling me to fly in & out of Logan Airport. The buses run frequently, and are clean and comfortable. Booking on line is easy. I've had to alter my bookings and the staff has been super friendly & accommodating. 100% worth the price for door to door service. I highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this bus line. They are reliable and on time. Their buses are clean and comfortable and they have foot tests, outlets at the seats, and WiFi. They make it easy to change your ticket at the last minute if your flight is delayed (or for any reason). It saves my family so much time being able to drop me off here instead of taking me all the way to Boston Logan.

I've used C & J Bus Lines twice for trips to and from Logan Airport, and I've been very impressed. The service is incredibly convenient, with timely pickups and drop-offs. The buses are clean and comfortable, making the ride pleasant. The staff is friendly which adds to the overall positive experience. I travel frequently from Dover to Boston Logan airport. My bus is always super clean, the driver and other staff are friendly & helpful, and the boarding/process goes quickly. The value price for these tickets is much friendlier to my budget than paying for gas and parking at the airport. Last year my dad, who is 82 and visits me twice a year, used the bus and was very pleased with how comfortable and easy it was. My family of 4 prefers C&J because of the 24-hour schedules, and we've all used the buses for work and leisure trips to/from Boston Logan.

I have traveled with C&J Bus lines for many years out of Portsmouth, NH. They just offer the best service with valet parking for long-term stays and charge a fair rate of $4 per day. They pick up late at night at Logan Boston airport and the drivers, staff are courteous and helpful in general. There is coffee for free until 11am at the terminal in Portsmouth. I am just too happy to use them with easy online booking as well. I wish they had a terminal closer to us in Southern Maine because public transportation options are limited in Maine. Happy to use C&J.

C&J is such a great company to do business with. Their coaches are always spotless and I've only been late once because the driver was new and didn't know how to maneuver around traffic. That was a few years ago and I've used this service to and from Logan many times since. I love C&J!

We've used C&J twice now to get to Logan Airport without the headaches of driving there and paying huge parking fees for leaving our car at the airport.

Both times that we used C&J, we found the staff to be friendly, the busses to be clean and smooth rides, and the price to be nice.

Perhaps the best part is the valet parking. You just text them on your return bus ride and your vehicle is waiting for at the front entryway when you when your bus arrives.

At this point I doubt we'll ever drive to and park at Logan again!
