Worst Best Western I've stayed in. Worn down property, not renovated. Took 15 minutes to check in after having to find the manager (no paging system). Wi-Fi does NOT work and drops out often as a cheap consumer-grade access point is in use. I was given a room that was maybe 45 degrees when I entered when it was 20 degrees outside. Why couldn't someone have had the consideration getting the room ready and turn the heater on? Room is in poor, tired condition, especially the bathroom (pictured), with hairs all over the floor, broken tiles, poor caulking. And for the rate, no breakfast offered, which I missed. I sort of doubt the excess of sunny reviews, which hoteliers can purchase from overseas review mills. When I told the night manager about the Wi-Fi and cleanliness issues. I got an "Oh, well" rather than proactive response. Not Best Western material. Consider Winnemucca or Reno instead.

Not terrible, not great. Good location. Bed was not the best, but I am a little heavier than my wife (200ish vs 135). She thought it was just fine! Room was big. Fridge didn’t have a freezer.

We were double charged for out room which was paid for 60 days in advance prior to arriving, booked on the Best Western web site. After getting home we found out that we were double charged for our rooms. Contacted the hotel and was told nothing that they could do and had to conatact Best Western who say that the hotel is a sperate entitity and woul have to be resolved with the SureStay BW in Lovelock. Called the hotel back again and talked to the supposide manager who said i had to contact Best Western and the promptly hung up on me.
Then contacted BW and was told that they have up to 5 days to respond to them.

SO I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN AT A BEST WESTERN HOTEL AGAIN.

Take my money and the double charge and then dont care about refunding the mistake,

King size bed, jacuzzi in the room, hot water great staff and SUPER CLEAN! Parking handles horse trailers & flatbed. A great place.

Positive: Clean and not raggety Negative: Bathrooms. Yes, they remodeled the rooms but the bathroom showerhead was old. The tile was old.

Positive: This stay was an easy check in. Negative: 1 disposables coffee bag and two cups, which we normally don?t use hotel coffee but it was clean this time . only two towels for two guests but was clean this time. Worst part of all after retaining room key, and finding the door standing open.
