The bed was fine, but that's where it ends. Checkin staff was gone for 20 minutes. No one turned room heat on prior. Bathroom was filthy with many hairs on the floor. Internet hasn't worked for months and dumps every 2 minutes. Beat up motel. Overpriced.

Good budget motel for the money, nice service, easy to get to room and comfortable bed. WIFI is available in the main lobby only. ||Like most budget motels, it could use some updating. The TV was probably 15 years old and had some display defects, but overall can't complain for the great rate I had.

I added a fifth star, after staying a few nights in the motel. The room was excellent, and the service was stellar.

I have eaten here many times. Family members have stayed in the motel many times too. It's a nice place to hang out with friends. The staff is always friendly. The food is always good and affordable. The menu is mostly home style cooking.

The rooms are great. The restaurant is amazing. Unfortunately compared to the 3rd where I honestly had the best experience of any hotel, the morning clerk today was extremely rude and had a poor attitude. I do not think I could ever return here with the rudeness I received today.

Located in a casino just off the freeway. ..Convenient location. Direct TV. watched movie. | Many construction workers staying at hotel.Friendly staff..No complementary breakfast. No internet. Cell service. Grill had typical food. Fresh salad.

I have been staying here for 20 years, well before became a Best Western. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice with refrig and microwave, plenty of hot water. The TV is now much better with Direct TV, and the internet seems more reliable.

Casino was fun, slots let us play for a couple hours without losing a ton. Service in the casino and restaurant was great, some others seemed to be having a bad day and a little short with us. The rooms were about what you'd expect at this price range, gave it a 3 because the remote for the tv would only change the volume and not the channel, so we only had one channel we could watch. The shower had black stuff on the ceiling. The bed was extra firm, not very comfortable. But, all said we'd stay there again.

This hotel has a casino so I assumed getting quarters for their washer/dryer wouldn’t be a problem — wrong! The front desk told me to go the bar to get change. The guy at the bar walked me back to the front desk like I was in trouble. With anger in his voice, he said to the clerk behind the front desk, “WE DON’T HAVE ANY QUARTERS. DON’T SEND GUESTS TO THE BAR!” The lady at the front desk sheepishly replied, “Well, we don’t have any either.” I was told to go across the highway to get change if I wanted to laundry. After using the quarters for the dryer, one unit didn’t work, but took my money, the other didn’t have any heat. I was told I had to find another laundry to dry my wet clothes, or wait until a repair person showed up. On top of the that confusion, the internet didn’t work while we were there. A loud freight train passes by the hotel twice during the night, and a guy ran his truck in the parking lot for a half hour with the fumes coming in our room. Ugh!!! Avoid.
