This is a wonderful hotel. I stayed for 3 days which is the least amount of time they had available. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. It was quiet, clean, great location and very affordable. Amanda was so helpful! She really understands and delivers great customer service. I recommend Verde Valley Extended Stay Hotel to everyone and I plan to stay there again next year.

I can't say enough good things about how important this place was to helping make a relocation dream come true. Great location central to all the shops and restaurants you could need, clean, and affordable. The host Pilar was always attentive to all of our needs, friendly and will always go above and beyond to work with you if your situation changes for any reason. Having her knowledge of the area is an invaluable resource if you're new to the area. Rooms were great. Big thanks to the housekeeping staff as well. ||If you're in need of a place that's convenient, flexible and accommodating don't hesitate to call and make a reservation.

We stayed here for a two months, Sept-Oct 2017. Our experience here was great! The rooms are very clean and very modern. The staff was very professional and friendly. Pilar, the hotel manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We could always find her on property if we ever needed anything, or had any questions. The housekeeping staff did a very nice job of cleaning the rooms and in a very timely manner. The location of this place is great! It's only minutes from old town Cottonwood, and also the highway is right there if you need to hop on it. Only about 20 minutes from Sedona. Very close to Supermarkets and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again, the number one reason has got to be because of how the staff treated us. Thank you Verde Valley extended stay.

I am just finishing up my fourth, month long stay at this property over the span of three years. And I have to say that after having stayed here for over 4 months, my opinion of the place has only gotten better. The rooms offer everything one needs to be comfortable, as well as to take advantage of their kitchen facilities. The WiFi and cable are both more than adequate as compared to other extended stay properties I've stayed in. The manager, Victoria, goes out of her way to accommodate her clients and provides a safe, relaxing environment for residents. The cleaning staff is excellent, as well as extremely pleasant. The property is conveniently located to grocery stores & restaurants, in addition to Jerome, Flagstaff, Camp Verde & Sedona. The cost is most reasonable, and considering this, as well as the other aforementioned factors, there's nothing that compares to it in the area in my experience.

Visit to an ill relative necessitated finding a place to stay. The manager, Pillar, was wonderful and accommodating . She knew every detail of the different pricing plans and was intimately familiar with every aspect of staying at this conveniently located extended stay facility. This is essentially a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen, 2 tv’s, small patio, walk in shower, fold out living room couch for visiting family, and weekly linen exchange and cleaning service included. There were two clean laundry rooms available. The entire facility was well kept and pleasant in appearance. The other residents were a friendly bunch. We did not have a single problem the entire 30 day stay.

Checked rooms for future stay. Manager went over room amenities and different price points. Rooms were newly remodeled , painted, and tastefully appointed. Beautiful accomodations shown by manager. Will be booking.

Came in June 2020 and have not been disappointed We will be here till our home is built and couldn't be happier. Everyone has been so helpful and professional. The manager Pilar knows her clients, their needs and watches over us like a den mother. Very sweet.

A year ago, friends spent a month at Verde Valley Extended Stay. After checking the website, we decided to escape Northern Michigan’s cold winter during the month of March, 2017. We were blessed with almost a full month of sunny, 70 to 80-degree weather and a picture-perfect place to enjoy it! || ||Our Verde Valley Extended Stay unit was well-built, clean, comfortable, and ideally furnished. The owner, the manager, and maintenance/housekeeping people were very friendly and helpful. They even allowed me to care for the pretty flowers at our unit, something I really loved.|| ||The community of Cottonwood and Old Town Cottonwood were very welcoming. We loved the recreation center, the hiking trails, Verde Canyon Railroad, State and National attractions, restaurants, shops … the whole enchilada! Thank you! WE WILL see you next year! We stayed here for 5 weeks Jan. - Feb. 2018. The pictures posted are very accurate to what we found in our suite! It was very central to attractions that we wanted to see, close to stores & services and had laundry facilities on site. We appreciated the kitchen to prepare our own meals. The staff were friendly & helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone visiting Cottonwood or Sedona (only 15 miles away). Great value for anyone wanted to stay for an extended visit to the area.
