The bed didn't appear to have a very stable frame, and it sunk in the middle so that my wife and I basically rolled into the same little pit together from time to time. It's clean, the floors are nice, the layout itself is spacious for a studio. There were no noise issues with any guests. All the lights work. Microwave and mini fridge worked as they should.

One of the nicest places on my trip. Clean, spacious, with comfortable bed. |I would certainly stay here again, and wish more places were as nice, fresh, and well appointed.|Though I didn’t need it, I got a wheelchair accessible room. Would recommend it to anyone. Bathroom: clean, large, equipped with roll-in shower and double shower head. Furniture: wheelchair height. Microwave/refrigerator in room. Accessible parking by room. |Staff: very considerate, telling me administrative things, before I arrived.

The check in staff was friendly, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. I read other reviews and was hesitant to stay here but wanted to share that as we went pub crawling along Main St in Cottonwood, this place was a fine stay for one night. Especially for the price. And there's a Starbucks on the corner and a diner as well.

First off even for Memorial weekend this place was way to spendy for the quality of room. 260$ for a single night when the shower water was barely hot, the bed was hard and I woke up in so much pain that driving home was difficult. The AC worked to cool the room only if the curtains are open cause if they are closed the air gets trapped by them..The other guests were smoking outside our room and we could smell it coming in to our room. Honestly the quality of the bed a lone would be what I would expect in a 55 dollar a night room.

Pros: ||Rooms were huge! ||easy parking right up front. ||Literally next to mcdonalds, starbucks, grocery store, cvs, etc.||Close to sedona (20-30 minutes) and i could hike before work. ||Laundromat is about 5 minute drive from the motel. ||the staff was nice as well. ||Wifi was pretty fast as i was traveling and working. I was in zoom calls all week without an issue. ||heater/aircondition unit ||||Cons: ||The place didnt seem super clean... there was food in the refrigerator and it smelled bad. ||The microwave and the coffee maker was dirty so I barely used it.||There was a ring around the toilet and the towels were old. The showerhead also had a lot of grout on it.||The phone was really gross looking... ||the door handle of my room was broken. ||I also was given a used card key paper holder which was strange (never seen anybody recycle those esp during covid...) ||Heater a bit loud ||No elevator

Recently renovated and updated rooms with an exterior to match...coming soon? Check-in was friendly and easy, tho our room was not quite ready and we had to switch; We were early for check-in anyway, so it was nice of them to accommodate our group. Comfortable bedding and room temperature! It's not the most attractive at first glance, but it is centrally-located, making it a good option for tourists and locals alike.

This was our 3rd stay at this location and was nice to see lobby remodeling complete. Employees very friendly and helpful. Adequate size to room, comfortable bed, thick towels. Frig, microwave and 1-cup coffee maker in room but no clocks or complimentary breakfast. Grocery and Wal Mart across street. Short walking distance to Black Bear Diner or McDonalds next door. Tile floors different than usual room carpet. Each time appeared swept and/or dusted but not washed as frequently. Socks or feet always pick up dirt.

My girlfriend and I LOVED our stay here!! The rooms were immaculate and spacious. The staff was super friendly and informative about activities in the area. The location is within 15 minutes of every major place in the Cottonwood area. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again!!
