Highly recommend Jeremiah and his team. They are very responsive and helpful. They made our winter weekend in Fryeburg very enjoyable. We will definitely be back and rent from them again. Thank you for making our holiday weekend away a weekend we we never forget

We have a new home we built in Bartlett, NH. The previous management company was charging what we thought was a low nightly rate and said their software came up with the price. We moved on from them and immediately Jeremiah and the team at Birch Hospitality said we were underselling our house. They have more than doubled the rate we were getting and are getting bookings. Bravo guys! Local expertise is super important when picking a management company, don't fall for the others out there who say their software dynamically prices things, it's a race to the bottom.

Jeremiah/ Birch Hospitality had great reviews on Facebook, so we decided to give them a call. After speaking with Jeremiah, there was no longer a reason to call around to other rental property managing companies. He was upfront, informative and knowledgeable. We have been working with Birch Hospitality since Winter 2023 and we are more than pleased with the service and responsiveness, and the cleaning crew is awesome.
