This was our first time in Europe and just feeling unsure where to start planning such a vacation. We decided Italy was to be our destination and I had a long list of places to include whilst there. I figured having a travel agent would alleviate lots of stress, uncertainty and help us enjoy and relax. I decided to reach out to travLBudi, LLC. From the beginning, I was incredibly pleased with quick response time and helpful tips that included various choices and accommodations. We received our itinerary and Linda met all our criteria (and my order was quite tall); and more (and still within budget). Not having to worry about ground transportation was such a big help for us. Our private drivers were friendly, courteous and eager to help in any way. For example, when just arriving in Venice, I forgot a purchase in our water taxi and only noticed after we checked in our hotel room. Before I could call the front desk to inform them, the front desk had called me to share that the water taxi driver noticed my bag and was on his way back to return my forgotten item. I had it back in my arms within minutes. I had deemed it lost considering all the crowds and how busy everyone was that day. I felt like we were the only ones they were servicing – truly made us feel incredibly important.
One evening, I noticed the itinerary app was down. I emailed Linda about it and it was restored within a couple minutes.
Seriously exceptional service from beginning to the end! Linda, when are we booking our next vacation?!?

Linda was an expert planner for my recent trip to Portugal. There were 3 of us and Linda was able to meet all of our hotel/sleeping accommodations in two different cities. Our trip included airport transfers and a few private full-day tours. She planned everything! All tickets, when needed, were purchased in advance making it so easy for us. She was able to take our ideas and interests and plan an amazing trip for us. Our trip was extremely organized. Linda is an UNBELIEVABLE travel agent! Her response time is nearly instant and she is a problem solver! I have used her for two trips and both were so easy and actually saved me a lot of money. She was incredible when we had to cancel and get a refund for a trip we could not take due to COVID-19. That was the most impressive part of her service. She followed through on cancelling and made sure we got refunded even though she would never see a dime because she doesn't get paid until the trip is taken. She is honest, fast, reliable. I will never NOT work with a travel agent ever again after my experience with Linda
