We had a great time staying here during our fall foliage (leaf peeping) expedition. The rooms were well kept, neat and clean, very comfortable including sleep number adjustable beds. The host is very attentive and friendly to ensure we had everything we needed and the food was excellent. In addition this is one of the only B&B's in the area with proper handicapped accessibility. ♿️

Inn is located on the main road a few miles out of Meredith. This was no problem at all and was nice to be out of the “city.” The owner, Taice (sp ?), couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant. She answered our questions about the area, recommendations for eating and hiking. The inn is very well kept and our first-floor room was quiet and perfect. Breakfasts were excellent. Two suggestions - let people know what’s for breakfast so they could decline something if they don’t want it, and add oatmeal as a standard breakfast item. Would definitely stay again.

A comfortable Victorian house with a clean room and nice bathroom. The decor throughout the house is very nostalgic, feels like a mix of oriental and Victorian, not a popular style anymore but I found it comfortable. Brand new mini splits kept the room very cozy and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast was delicious. Some updated furniture or reupholstering would be my only recommendation.

The Sutton House is wonderful. You will get great hospitality and a breakfast to die for. We stayed in room s with king sized beds on the first floor and the room were huge and the beds very comfy. The location is great for seeing the area. We drove around the lakes and up to the White Mountain area to see the beautiful fall foliage. We thought we got a lot for the price. Don't be afraid that it is close to the road, we did not hear the traffic in our rooms at all. We highly recommend a stay at the Sutton House

My 2 friends( Tony and Matthew ) and I stayed there recently from may 22nd to may 25th, 2024. The hostess was incredibly warm and friendly. The breakfast was the highlight of our day, it was simply delicious. The rooms were cool and very charming, we would definitely return and highly recommend this bed and breakfast

Sutton House B & B is a charming old mansion with rooms that are tastefully decorated with quilts, rugs, etc. The room we had was spacious and had a nice view of the lake. The bed was very comfortable. Common rooms were also lovely and comfortable to sit in along with a wrap around porch to enjoy nice weather. The breakfasts were excellent and the owner, Thais, was|helpful and friendly. The only detraction was the small shower that took a little time for the hot water to come. We traveled for a family occasion, so we didn't have the opportunity to go to the lake or enjoy the outdoors around |the house. It is an easy walk to the lake.|One note, if anyone in your party has mobility issues or can't do stairs, I would be sure to reserve a room on the ground floor.

Center Harbor, New Hampshire lives up to it's name. This was a truly perfect location for us to explore the entire state of New Hampshire. We were never too far from any place we wanted to venture to and most importantly never too far back to the B&B to lay our heads.
The Inn Keeper Thais was always available to greet us, to give us information and directions. Thais and her team made our experience even better. They made us feel special, from a wonderful warm breakfast every morning, freedom to explore the property, safe, clean and spacious room (Teal/Orchid room) to every little extra(s). Very hospitable and comfortable! Love to you Thais!
