My boyfriend and I stayed here for a wedding that took place on Squam Lake so it was a very convenient location. We had arrived late in the night past the check in time and the owner was incredibly accommodating in letting us in. We also got locked out the next night at a terribly late hour and he came to the rescue with a smile on his face. Truly one of the nicest people. The motel itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable with all the amenities you’d need plus more. Our room came with all these extra toiletries which were super useful. Overall amazing stay, affordable price, fantastic owners. Would absolutely come again.

My daughter and I were in town for a travel softball tournament. We stayed in one of the motel rooms. The room and bathroom were very clean. We had a fridge and microwave, ceiling fan and air conditioner-everything we needed. The owners were so nice and spent time talking to me about places I could take my daughter fishing after her games. The location is very convenient to dining options and the downtown area of Meredith.

We stayed little cabin #10 and oh it was the cutest and one of most cleanest places I have ever stayed! It’s charming and quaint!! The owners are very kind and they host a camp fire every night! We will be staying again every couple of months I hope! Susan even leaves a little book for guests to leave a little note πŸ’š|Our cabin had a small fridge which was great! No coffee maker, but there is plenty of places just a mile up the road for food, drink and even a grocery store!

Such a great little spot. The cabins are very clean and the linens smell like freshly cleaned laundry. Not that musky smell you get at a lot of motels. Just what you need for a quiet peaceful time away from your busy every day Life. Very close to all major attractions but away from the hustle and bustle. The owners are amazing, friendly people who interact with their guests. We will definitely be back. So glad we found this little place!

While visiting friends for a long weekend, we were lucky to find this motel which was only 15 minutes from our friend's lake house in Moultonborough, NH. We were nervouse during COVID, but saw the reviews for the motel and they were pretty positive. the motel has only 4 units with more cabins behind which we did not see. If you don't want to spend 4x the cost for Meredith locations, I recommend this location, it's very inexpensive and because we are out most of the day, it was perfect for us. The room was bright, clean, comfortable and had a refrigerator that was larger than most minis. We brought our own linens (again due to COVID) but we were told about that while booking, so it was fine. Our entire 3 day stay was cheaper than our dinner for 3 in the area. So if you want a good place to sleep while in the Meredith area, I highly recommend this lodging site. (Motel part at least.) Our tv wasn't working, but didn't need it.

We had a great experience staying at this shady wooded camp ground during Laconia Bike Week. We chose one of the small one full bed cabin but they offer two bed cabins, rv spots, tent spots, and motel rooms. I will say this is a very laid back place that's very welcoming to bikers. The cabins are RUSTIC for sure and super small. But they do have flush toilets, sinks and very small showers. They provide a mini fridge and fan. No A/C but the temperatures at night were mild so no problems. To be completely truthful in my review, I only used the shower once. I don't do small spaces and it is very small and dark! My husband didn't have a problem with it. He was just glad for the shower. They build a great big campfire at night and all are welcome to sit, chat and enjoy the warmth after a chilly ride back from the rally festivities. They also cook up a mean breakfast sandwich out by the campfire area for a nominal price each morning and have free hot coffee. The location is great for bike week. Just 8 miles or so north of Weirs Beach and maybe 5 from The Broken Spoke Saloon.

If you like camping you'll love these cabins! Built during the Great Depression each cabin is unique with single room and double rooms available. They are very quaint and although quite compact everything you need is on hand. The towels and linens are very fresh and the entire cabin is extremely clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and each cabin has a selection of soaps, shampoo and other useful items. There is a small fridge and a fan to keep the place cool. The site also has a large fire pit and seating area and a grill with wooden picnic tables! We stayed for 3 nights while visiting the New Hampshire Highland Games and there are plenty of good restaurants within a 3 mile radius of the site. The only downside was the wifi which was sporadic to non-existent in the Cabin but worked by the fire pit.
