This was our third stay here and each time it was a great experience. The proprietor is always welcoming, generous and friendly. The rooms are clean and well stocked with amenities. Highly recommend Silver Mountain Retreat. Thank you for making each of our visits so pleasant.

We arrived to the hotel and the room was in good shape and very spacious. Despite having good rooms, I would never ever stay here again. The owner lady (I’m just assuming), knocked at our door and when I opened it she pushed her way into the room and was being extremely invasive. She was asking about how many people were staying there, which is her right, but it was extremely unsettling to have a random stranger barge into our room with no introduction. She then returned 10 minutes later and was telling us how she has had to call the police on other guests for being too loud even though we had just arrived minutes prior, and she was just judging us because we are young. Also keep in mind we were in no way or form being loud or rambunctious. She went to go on about how it’s a place for “families” as if we were there to cause trouble, making all of us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I have never been treated so poorly by staff at an establishment than we have here.

It is a new Motel with a big name and therefore some expectations. We were somewhat taken aback by the stuffy old furniture and draperies in our room. The room was quite large but the ambiance was not there. The refrigerator was very small and turned off when we arrived. There was no ice to be had. The bathroom could be cleaner. The sink and the shower were kind of waxy...not clean. The fitted sheet had a blood spot. ...no Kleenex and the TV barely worked. The balcony was very nice however.

This is definitely a Gem 💎. Have stayed a few times . Staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely make Silver Mountain Retreat our go to spot !¡!! The location and views are amazing!! Thanks to everyone at my home away from home !!

Great new hotel. Suites are full two bedroom apartments with full kitchen. Quite and with a great view to watch the sun rise.
