Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe was a surprisingly wonderful experience. It was our first time here, but definitely not our last. Thanks to our Globalist status, we were upgraded, but what truly stood out was how warmly they welcomed both us and our dog—it felt like a home away from home.

The on-site restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast, and the fresh-squeezed orange juice was a standout. We loved relaxing at the swimming pool and hot tub, and the fire pit experience—complete with s’mores provided by the hotel—was such a fun and memorable touch.

The resort is very clean, the customer service is excellent, and they offer activities throughout the day to keep everyone entertained. It’s just a short walk to beautiful Lake Tahoe, and our pup had the best time meeting new furry friends at Ski Beach.

A must-visit destination for the whole family—highly recommended!

Great hotel with everything we needed for our ski trip. Shuttle to and from Diamond Peak along with hotel shuttle to dinners nearby was excellent. Very convenient having ski rentals onsite. Provisions had everything we needed as far as coffee and snacks. Craps table was super fun in the evening. S’mores pack and champagne upon arrival was a nice touch! We look forward to going back!

We had an unforgettable experience at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe.
The location, amenities, restaurants, activities, casino, shuttle to Diamond Peak… everything was just perfect.

All the staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is exceptional. We enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant, overlooking a snow covered mountain. Food was delicious at the restaurant. Nick, the manager at Cutthroat Salon made sure we were well taken care of.

There are so many activities that the hotel offers; archery, yoga, art activities, snowshoe walking… I mostly enjoyed yoga class.
They give out a complimentary s’more kit at outdoor fireplace too. Pool and hot tubs were amazing.

They have on-site ski rentals and shuttle to take you to Diamond Peak (every 30 minutes). So convenient! Even though on-site beach was closed, there was a public beach right next to it, so we enjoyed walking to the beach (3-4 min walk) and had a peaceful time at the beach.

Bed was comfortable and the room was very well equipped. We had a magical time at this resort and planning to come back with our family in a near future.

My wife and I absolutely adore this hotel. It meets all our needs and beyond. We have a small dog that we typically travel with so this Hyatt Regency is incredibly dog friendly. There's this nice nearby walk to a meadow that our dog loves to frolic in.||||There's pretty decent restaurants nearby the hotel and Cutthroat's Saloon is an incredibly solid option as well (highly recommend the fish & chips). It's also really nice the casino is on-site.||||We've stayed here 4 times total and can't wait for our next visit!

This is the best Hyatt we've ever stayed at! The heated pool was perfect, and there were so many fun activities for families and kids to enjoy. The restaurant food was also amazing — everything we tried was delicious. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. And we brought our dog! Gorgeous grounds and quiet. I wish there was better dining, we drove to Stateline for dinner every night, but I guess they're working on that, so next time!

Loved the beautiful Mountain View’s and the view of Lake Tahoe from our room. The service we received from ALL employees was great. My kid had a great time at the pool and enjoyed S’more night by the fire. Will definitely be back.

We had a great time staying at the Hyatt regency Lake Tahoe. It’s a very nice resort offering great views of Lake Tahoe and located at probably the most scenic spots around the area. The hot swimming pool and spa are great for a winter dip. There are shuttles to the diamond peak ski resort. The property offers a lot of free and some paid activities which makes it a real nice place for a staycation. Descent dining options on the resort and it includes a casino which is pretty descent. Great globalist recognition at this property and offers self parking (half price for globalist). There’s a spa which we did not try but had a lot of options. Overall, great choice for a winter getaway to Lake Tahoe.
