This was the best guest experience we have ever had while traveling. The rooms are fantastic, kept so clean and so comfortable, however it was the staff who made it a definite 5 Star stay! All the staff was great beginning with Peter and Andrew for our family wedding booking plans, then while there, were blessed by Aida and Omar daily who not only made us feel welcome and took care of every need, but made us feel like VIP family. 5 Star Stay! and we will definitely be back to visit.

We had the absolute BEST experience at The Incline Lodge! Our room/beds/linens were wonderful, but the customer service was outstanding. Every staff member was so warm & inviting…we truly loved walking down to the lobby to talk with everyone! My daughter specifically loved Aida…she was such a joy & someone we will remember forever! 💗

We had the best stay at the Incline Lodge. All the personal touches are very guest-forward, from the complimentary glass of wine in their lounge and the thoughtful room details, selections of tea, lovely throws and ambient lighting. Its location is ideal close to restaurants and bars as well as world-class skiing. Will definitely be back!

The Incline Lodge made our wedding absolutely unforgettable! We booked their lounge for our reception (34 people) and arranged everything remotely—via phone, email, and FaceTime. From the very beginning, their team, led by GM Andrew and the Operations Manager Ty, was outstanding. They answered countless questions, helped us figure out catering, and even sourced specific liquor for our signature drinks, which they added to their bar menu. The rates were fantastic, and the open bar option was a hit!

I also upgraded to their One-Bedroom Apartment for the bridal suite, and it was perfect. With a separate living room, micro kitchen, and balcony, it was not only gorgeous but functional—it even became the stunning backdrop for our first looks in the snow.

The staff was incredible—so kind and attentive. Every guest commented on how welcoming and friendly they were. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect, from arrival to departure. And when a blizzard derailed our original ceremony plans at Lake Tahoe, their staff stepped up in a way I’ll never forget. In just one hour, they converted the lodge lobby into a breathtaking ceremony space. This wasn’t part of our agreement, but they didn’t hesitate to help. They even cleaned snowy, sandy chairs from our lakeside setup so we could use them indoors. Who does that? Pure kindness and dedication!

The lounge itself was stunning, and the bar setup was gorgeous. They let us taste-test our custom drinks the night before to ensure everything was just right—our guests couldn’t stop raving about them! The pool rental included in our lounge package was a fun bonus, and many guests ended the night with a magical, celebratory jump into the pool.

As for the rooms, my guests were blown away by how comfortable and cozy they were. Everything was newly remodeled, beautiful, and designed with comfort in mind.

Whether you’re looking for a place to stay, accommodations for your guests, or a venue to host an event, stop searching. The Incline Lodge has it all—heart, style, and a staff that genuinely cares about making your experience perfect. I’m still speechless over how much they did for us. Excellent experience. Best Customer service. Ms Aida is a jewel addition to this beautiful property . She makes sure you have an awesome stay. Everyone from housekeeping to management are interested in your comfort.
The lounge area, is wonderful. Pay attention to the details in the Lobby. The lobby has custom made furniture and best spot to have your Coffee by the window, or draft beer too available.
Free parking ( rare) . The location is perfect to enjoy the Incline Village. Restaurants walking distance . Super clean. It’s worth every penny , which does not matter at the end because of the experience. Thank you team,

My wife and I had an incredible stay at The Incline Lodge. The check-in was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The personal touches and thoughtfully designed rooms made it feel like a true retreat after a long day of exploring.

I loved how tech-forward the lodge is, with easy text communication and convenient parking. They even provided beach towels, which was a nice touch. The staff gave excellent advice and recommendations, making the trip even more enjoyable. Their genuine care for guests really stands out.

I highly recommend The Incline Lodge and will definitely be back!

Omg this stay was the highlight of our trip! The rooms are beautiful and clean and so thoughtfully designed. Incline Lodge cares about the little details and it was an amazing stay. Aida, the woman at the front desk, is the most personable person she had the best recommendations and remembered our names our entire stay. They make you feel so welcome. They hosted a free glass of wine night at their lounge for their guests and the bartender, Kyle, was awesome. 10/10 we absolutely will be back. Bed was comfortable too!

Great location, amenities, service and staff. The room was well appointed with quality, brand name stuff (TV, kettle, HVAC, etc). Comfortable beds and bedding. Ceilings, walls are thin. We heard every movement of our upstairs neighbor, which kept us up late and woke us up early.
