Everything was wonderful. The stay was a memorable experience. We had a kitchen and two restrooms in our room. I was amazed by the two bathrooms in a one-bedroom suite. All necessities were in the suite. The only issue I had was that the laundry machines were not working correctly. I enjoyed going to the clubhouse; trams pick you up and take you to nearby locations in the resort. There is a hot tub on the top of the building and a sauna. I highly recommend using them.

It is very close to 2 Heavenly lifts. They had a shuttle that took me to the stagecoach lift after calling someone. It took 5-10 minutes for the shuttle to show up and another 5 to get there. Driving to the Boulder lift took 3 minutes.

The ridge villa room has a spectacular view of the lake Tahoe and it's HUGE. It's for 4 people, but it's larger than most 1b1b apartments. The bedroom is upstairs with 2 bathrooms; one on each floor. The building and the room are a bit old. The elevator is small. No staff onsite as far as I can tell.

Gotta start with saying the room has an amazing view. Being part of the Holiday Inn Club this building is a bit of a drive to get to and from the club. It does however have excellent access to the Tahoe Rim Trail and Tramway Marketplace. Would also like to see better access to onsite vehicle charging. There were only 2 chargers that were a bit of a walk to get to.

I had heard great things about this place Took my business partner to the bar for drinks. When we were leaving we discovered Bear Traps Yes Bear traps. 2 of them. Right by the open dumpsters. So they charge a fortune for drinks but can't afford to secure their dumpsters? Can't afford to keep the trash picked up so the animals who live in the mountains are safe? This is the last time I will be taking anybody there. Then I read how people have asked them to stop and they refused. Do Business in Tahoe, buy disregard the people who live there... not very smart.

The layout of the room - loft bedroom and a main floor is great. Beautiful view of the lake. The rooms are in desperate need of remodeling. The carpet, cabinets, etc look about 20 years old. We never did get the fireplace working. I suspect the pilot light was not lit.

I gave them four stars because the staff was very nice and helpful. The facility was clean and looked very nice. They also provide a lot of activity for the visitors. I couldn't give them a 5 because there were several things that we're in need of repair. Presently they are in transition and making upgrades. I am not in total agreement with the cross mixing of the themes of the units but it is a nice place to vacation. I will continue to vacation at the resort but I wish the decorators would would rethink their plans.

We traded a timeshare to come here and we werenโ€™t disappointed. The units have been nicely updated including sleep number beds, stone countertops and decent appliances. We have a 1BR which is quite spacious and well appointed. You do need to purchase internet upgrade ($20 for the week) if you want to use electronic devices. The view is spectacular, especially from the renovated rooftop where there is a lovely hot tub and huge built in grills. There is a laundry room (not in unit) but you have to bring your own detergent. You can access other amenities at the main building complex which requires a drive by car or the complimentary shuttle service. Because the property is right on the main drag, you so hear traffic noise (no AC so we kept the windows open for nice cool airflow). If you come here, call ahead for check-in instructions - thereโ€™s no front desk here but their system works as long as you know what to do. The location is good with easy access to drive up either side of the Lake for exploration.
