Got three pan pizzas because of a 50% off deal. The one I ate had ham, sausage, beef, bacon, and tomatoes. I had several slices and it tasted excellent.

Manager on the night shift tonight hung up the phone wouldn’t answer the phone seven times I called to get my pizza remade !!! Or even get our money back our food was icy cold! I finally gave up what a shame that they allow these type of people to run there restaurants that world we live in today is sad no hospitality nothing absolutely trash place to order at night !!! Don’t order pizza here your better off going to papa John’s in Matoon il

Ordered delivery. Was in hospital. Pizza wasn't warm, toppings stuck to box top that was crushed in. Bread not what I ordered. Waited almost an hour on a Tuesday nite after 9:30pm. Called store next day and was told a 3 top pizza and order of bread would be free for me. Was told they would mail it....sometime?

I went to the store to pick up my pizza. I was on the line to pick up my order. Surprisingly, I was the only person on the line at the register. The store employee was talking to another customer or someone else on the store phone. There were two employees in the store at that time, one at the oven and other one at register. I was asking about my order at the register, but the employee simply walked off without even asking why I was waiting or if I wanted to pick up my order.
They both saw that i am waiting there. They didnt even considered..
If they’re genuinely working and didn’t bother to attend to me, it implies that they’re occupied. However, when I approached them to inquire about my order, they simply walked away Which i didnt really liked..

I am sorry but this is not what i expected

Without a doubt, the Charleston IL Domino’s is the best I’ve ever experienced. We’ve ordered from here several times since moving to Charleston, and the delivery people have been fast, efficient, and really nice!! The food is great and still piping hot! I didn’t use to be a Domino’s fan, but they’ve changed my mind.

After dropping off my sister at her school... my step-dad decided to stop at the nearest Domino's and ordered some food. It took a hot min to get ready, but when I finally got my food, the bacon was undercooked. My mom gave me a piece of chicken, and it was also undercooked. 🙄

I hadn't ordered in a while because the last time I had to wait an hour for my food and my sandwich was cold when I got it. I was at work and I couldn't wait to have another one delivered. I decided to give them another try and ordered some chicken wings. When they arrived they were cold to the touch like they had just come out of the refrigerator! When I spoke to the manager she told me the "top oven" was broken and they'd have new wings delivered in 15-20 minutes. So I asked her if they just put uncooked wings in the box because it was SUPER CLEAR by the cold box and cold wings they didn't get cooked! She said, "I don't know I'm not the one who boxed them up." I've never experienced anything like this. Truly negligent to send out uncooked chicken wings and that they didn't realize it is even worse. Never again.
