Positive: Room was warm enough and heater worked as desired. Bed linens seemed new. Negative: No coffee maker in room.Parking lot & sidewalks not cleared fo snow. No breakfast. No restaurant/bar. Spiders in tub. Previous guest's food in refrigerator. Toilet paper holder broken off wall. Rusted bathroom door frames. Stained carpet.

Nice hotel with a lot of potential. Clean rooms. Front desk was nice. No coffee maker in the room. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was less than continental. Have a restaurant on site but it's closed permanently. Didn't mention that in the Hotels.com description.

It’s a very simple yet nice clean hotel, super friendly thanks to a specific employee that makes the experience that much better about booking a room here. A woman named Jacqueline, shes super friendly, always in a positive mood, will be coming back again! 😀

Me and my husband and our six children stayed in one of the old standard rooms that will be getting remodeled . We left the room clean as possible as we could and that's with six children for them are under four so yeah I got my hands full ! We left them a generous tip throw out all the trash for them ! And they got the nerve to take 100$ from my account, I'm barely making it as it is I needed that $100 my husband is disabled fighting for his disability currently, they are not kid friendly, just money hungry I would not recommend if you have kids especially if you have two toddlers and two 10-month-old twin babies ..you guys sucks ! I should have never left y'all a big tip

Front desk staff was nice, room was creepy. Shower didn’t work, the blinds over the front window left me ready for any local Peeping Tom.
No coffee machine.

We booked two nights here, based on description that there was a bar and restaurant onsite. In fact, both were closed. There was also no coffee maker in room, as advertised, and the heating system did not work. The hotel would make no adjustment in fee, saying we had to go through AARP-Expedia, and AARP-Expedia they cannot adjust fee, it must come from hotel. Also, be aware, there are no inner halls. Your door to unit opens right onto parking lot, which never feels that safe to me.

New owner. IndiaRestaurant closed. Bar closed. Nothing special. Already on its way to run down when sold. Good working man's place to stay but still $25 to high.

Jacqueline did an awesome job accommodating our 4 person group one of the evenings by putting out couch cushions around the natural gas fire pit and turning it on for us... It was as if we had our own personal attendant while she was tending the front desk, cleaning the glass and rejuvenating the floral life around the facility. She even recommended a pretty darn good pizzeria for us to get some late night snacks through.Very nice to have an outdoor pool to freshen up in as well.
